Tesco automatic Car Wash

Broken. The one in Asda (5 mins away) is far superior.

shocking, looks even worse than what it did before it went in, water marks all over the car, wheels untouched. paid for basically nothing? AVOID

No shampoo whatsoever in this car wash I tested the spray and it's just water this is the 3rd time this has happened. Not happy

Confusing to use, says you can pay at the car wash - you can't. You must scan a QR code as you drive up (the pricing board, top right) to install an app. Then sign up and make an account. Only then can you actually use this car wash. Not a fan of having apps for everything so would rather the screen give me options that I can then tap my card. When I eventually managed to use the car wash however it did a decent job. Definitely cleaner than my car was before using. Not as good as doing it yourself or having a hand car wash done elsewhere. Wouldn't bother using the top end option, don't imagine it is much different to the £6/7 one.

Ludicrously complicated to use. Why can't I just pay without downloading a ridiculous app.

Im amending my first review, I went the other day at 5:30am as my car was filthy and paid for the premium wash and purchased the ceramic polish option and overall the car wash did an ok job on a very dirty car, a couple of spots where missed around the windows where the wing mirrors are and the wheels needed a rub down to get the break dust off but generally speaking the car came out much cleaner than it went in and was very shiny once the ceramic spray had cured about an hour after. Ideal if you need a quick wash to get layers of dirt off but it’s certainly not as good as a hand wash. 7/10 - 4/5.

For 6 quid it’s ok. The children enjoyed it : )
