Sam Hand Car Wash

The experience is a glad one that my car is especially enjoying. The gentleman have an eye for equity and there is a certain magic about their work. A broad place for the motorist and worth coming off the motorway for such rest.

Poor customer service avoid

Staff are highly arrogant. So much disrespect towards customers, made me feel very uncomfortable when having my car washed. Not coming here ever again

Genuinely the best car wash I’ve ever been too. Staff are always so polite. The way they clean my car, it’s like magic every single time 🤩. I even had my seats washed and I can’t believe the difference. Couldn’t recommend anymore if I tried, 10/10 every time!

I was very impressed with these men. After shopping around the day before, I chose them to do a full valet on my car as it was in a truly terrible and embarrassing condition with mould spots on the roof and seats. They were definitely not the cheapest of the local valeting services I visited but they were confident that they could remove the stains and what swung it for me was the positive way in which they accommodated all of my demands with a really reassuring and positive attitude. They made me feel like they would do a careful and conscientious job. One thing that put me off saving myself £25 by going with a Beeston valeting service was one of the men at the Beeston Valeting service made no secret of what a bad state my car was in (as though I needed reminding!) and correctly recognised it must have been like that for a long time. Conversely the men I dealt with at Sam’s on station street were eager to impress and non-judgmental - and they even dropped me off at my house so I could wait in comfort. I was delighted with the end result and they were rightly proud of the service they provided. So I’m really happy to recommend Sam’s. They listen to what’s important to their clients and take a great deal of pride in their work. For me, the lack of judgment was worth every extra penny I paid and my car hasn’t looked this good since the day I bought it.

First time using this place and I'm very impressed. Had the special valet and they spent a good amount of time and care with it. My car hasn't looked this clean in ages, smells great inside too! Will definitely be back

Take the guy 30 mins to get my car clean and it still not clean have dirt on car.
