very bad communication. My order still hasn't been delivered after 10 days. I didn't get my money back. After multiple requests to customer service, no help is given and the problem is ignored.

OMG! Buy some wash and a drying towel! I don’t have a power washer, just mixed the wash in a bucket, and a clean one to rinse then dried it! Car looks showroom shiny, not a drying mark in sight! 👍🏻

After meeting Sam at Porsche Sheffield recently he recommended I try the drying towel if ever there’s a product that does exactly as it says on the packaging then this is it absolutely brilliant 5 stars ⭐️

Amazing products!!! Drying towel 5*, Ceramic Foam 5*, simply 5* products all around!! I have a ton of detailing products and these are by far the best I have used!

I love Sams products! The towels are amazing and Ceramic snow foam are my favourite products from the vast range. Always try and get from shows but the delivery service is brilliant also!

Bought the spray sealant for my alloys. Really good product. Also used their previous products such as leather cleaner. Good value for money. Will buy again.

Ordered and paid for product, didn't arrive despite emails saying it was on its way. Ten days later, nothing. Sam's were looking into it, but then no reply, and they still have my money. Very disappointed. Doesn't matter how good your product is if your customer service is non existent.

I recently purchased ceramic boost from this country I have used the product before and it was okay this last product that I've got from theirselves as being left satisfaction I have contacted them to let them no I have a problem and sent them some images as requested they have not returned my message is not of their contacted me for that reason I will not be buying from them again I will also notify all the members in a group I am in which is circuit of eight and a half thousand not to buy these products plus the backup is not there

Ordered my items at 21:10 on Friday evening, arrived 11:30 Saturday morning! I’m amazed! Products seem great, proof will be in the pudding!

I used my drying towel today for the first time on my Porsche 911 and it really works. I don’t usually dry my car and my son told to get this towel. My car is streak free and it’s so easy to use, I definitely recommend

I really don't now this Shop, I saw his Videos and i said, why not, I bout the Towel, because it was always a Problem for me to find the right one, Size , Quality, with Durability. I received the Product in the the delivery Time in Germany. Today I used it, it was really surprising results, it will make 5 $ Carwash like Car detailing in 20 min. At the end thank you very much. I recommend the Towel and waiting for the next order. Note don't think to match with the Price until you Try it.

Ordered 2 items on 03/04/23 within 10 Minutes of each other. One item economy saver delivery arrived 06/04/24 Paid £2 extra for the other standard shipping & today 12/04/24 it still hasn’t arrived. I emailed Sam’s detailing & wasn’t impressed with their condescending tone in their email response. This was ordered as a gift for a birthday tomorrow. I appreciate the delivery firm is the issue but I expected a better service from both. Thanks to Sam’s detailing for the response however as explained I had ordered one item then ordered a second item and paid £2 for standard delivery which should be better than economy saver but still hasn’t arrived. A replacement has been offered and while I appreciate that it has this is the least that should be done. It’s not about the £2 either, I thought I was paying for a faster service to have this for a birthday on 13th April and today is the 16th and it is still not here. Emails advising I should have made both purchases in the same transaction are not helpful and are really not the point. An order on the same day to the same address should have been picked up & been shipped together & if not should have been posted at the same time & the standard delivery you’d expect would arrive on time instead of not only late but up to today not at all.

Brilliant service. Easy ordering, super fast delivery. Ordered on Tuesday morning and arrived by Thursday! Professionally packaged. The drying towel is the best one I’ve ever used. Having a sports car without a back wiper and my need for wanting super clean windows all the time, this towel is just amazing! I never need to worry about streaks or rain on the windows again! Works just like how they show on their videos. Keep up the great work, guys!

Wow I ordered late Friday afternoon and was delivered Saturday morning now that's impressive what's more is the good quality packaging and the lambswool mitt looks amazing can't wait to try my products sure I'll be back for more
