Gold Hand Car Wash

Just been to get my hair cut .been before the last barbour was great. The car wash is good but this time I went different barbour was asleep when I walked in and couldn't be arsed at all and cut my hair wrong within minutes he was done and charged £10 had to go to another that has done it to a high standard. It's absolutely disgusting and needs sorting. Will not be recommending at all I'm fuming.

Completely dishonest and fraudulent people Use poor quality products (acid contaminants) Overly inflated prices - they don’t advertise the price and then after poorly washing car, they aggressively demand x3 the going rate. Avoid at all cost.

Went today with my van which I normally pay here £15 for a wash and dry and I always give him £20 extra £5 for a tip but today he tried to charge me £35 for the same wash I had done a month ago. He was very rude and aggressive and told me he wanted £35. I refused to pay this and stated if there was a price increase then this should be told b4 hand or put a sign up with increased amount. But this wasn’t the case he just wanted to charge what he wanted. He wedged himself him my van but I still refused and I asked to speak with the manager, he chucked his hands in the air and said don’t come again. I’m not sure if this car wash has changed hands but it’s definitely gone downhill and don’t worry I will not be coming back again…

I’m honestly really disappointed with this car wash. Paid for a full clean and my car came out looking like it barely had anything done streaks still on the windows, dirt left around the wheel arches, and the interior wasn’t properly vacuumed. What’s worse is the lack of attention to detail. For the price they charge, you expect a professional finish, not something you could’ve done better yourself in 20 minutes. Staff didn’t seem interested when I pointed it out either. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be coming back.

Best car in Rotherham and Sheffield definitely recommend it cheap price as well

First time here. Car (4x4) super road dirty so had mini valet. 20 mins later vehicle was spotless and shiny inside and out with lots of oper detailing. Thx guys and HNY.

Hair cut was okay but walked to the shop and the guy was just laying down on his phone. When he finally got up, he decided to then message his mates on his phone for about 1 minute. Half way through the cut he just went on his phone for another 1 minute and then turned around and quoted "okay done". This was around 2pm on Monday. Super unprofessional! I normally go here as they do an amazing job, now i will look else where for my hair cut. Loyal customer gone! Car wash is good!

Looks like I’m going to have to find another car wash. Second time they have not cleaned the car properly. Poor attitude, abrupt when asked about the price increase. Of course inflation affects everyone but clean the cars like they were your own.

Not worth £8, car covered in streaks and dirt from where it hadn't been cleaned properly. Slightly concerned by the H&S risk as others have pointed out of the cleaners walking round with fans hanging from their mouths. Not professional.
