Car Valeting Derby

Never turned up for appointment, waited 1hr....left txt msg and voice msg with no reply.

He said the inside of my car was too dirty for him to clean. I’m well aware it’s a big job, but I clearly asked for a basic interior clean — no seat washing, no deep detailing. I never expected a showroom finish. If he only accepts spotless cars to begin with, that should have been made clear beforehand. It was Friday after 5pm, so maybe he just couldn’t be bothered — or maybe he’s in the wrong profession. Either way, this was a complete waste of my time.
