Great experience as always. The staff are polite and genuinely care about their work. The quality of the clean is the best I’ve ever had, my car was spotless with no shortcuts taken. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car wash.

I travel 10 miles to use this car wash as in the past it’s been great, however I’ve taken my car and my sons car to be cleaned at £17.50 each (shiny) to find out later that the tyres haven't been dressed and also notice only the windscreen gets polished. Looks like you’re now getting less for your money.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The valet team was professional, quick, and handled my car with great care, making the entire process effortless. The car wash itself left my vehicle spotless, shining inside and out like it was brand new. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back — five stars all the way!

I came here to get a car wash and i would just like to say the staff here are amazing. They are really friendly and helped me out to choose what wash and valet i needed for my car. They have a high standard of cleanliness and i do recommend this place to anyone looking to get there car cleaned. In my opinion this is one of the best car washes on the wirral and the best i have been to!

Extremely Unprofessional and Aggressive Staff – AVOID THIS PLACE Our experience was absolutely disgraceful. One of the staff members directed us to move forward, which resulted in our brand new car getting scratched. When we raised this with the owner, he initially asked us to get repair quotes — but one of the older staff insisted on charging us for the car wash despite the damage THEY caused. When we questioned this, the same older staff member became aggressive and confrontational, standing extremely close to my husband in a threatening manner. When my husband walked away to speak with the owner, this same staff member lunged into our car — with me and my dog still inside — and forcibly took our house keys without permission, then walked away. This was a blatant violation of personal space and property, and made me feel unsafe and threatened. This kind of behaviour is not only unprofessional, it’s potentially criminal — and I will be reporting the incident to the police. No customer should ever be treated this way. Avoid this business at all costs.

A very decent reasonably priced service for a thorough mid range wash and shine. Guys were very personable and listened to my particular requirements where car was letting itself down and attended to these. I think it is probably best to book well in advance to make it the most hassle free experience.

Very rude customer service. Been waiting 20 minutes in the queue. I have told them i will get full vallet and I don’t mind to get after 2-3 hours. Then a man i believe early of his 50’s told me we only get regular customers. We wont do any cleaning for inside either. And when i said at least you could tell the people In the queue to not wait the response was ‘we know they are regular so we dont need to tell them’. Makes no sense whatsoever. Lot better other places around. Avoid. Looks like they don’t need new customers they have enough.
