Went here with a Nissan quasqai asked the gent at the start of the wash what mine is classed as and he said medium car . Got to pay at the end and they weee charging me for a large car . I protested said I wasn’t paying that . Another man came over said charge for the smaller car but if I ever come back it’s a large car . Most unpleasant attitude

I visited the car wash in Neston today and absolutely would recommend this service. My car is immaculate, they did a brilliant job. After getting back into the car I noticed my phone charger was missing and unfortunately we think it had been accidentally vacuumed when cleaning. The team were so apologetic and accommodating, providing me with a full refund (which I feel awful about now as really they have done an amazing job and I really I should’ve just popped it in the glove compartment before they started). I will 100% be coming back for future services, all I would say is make sure to pack away any loose wires first!

Always a great job only complaint is I have number plate on new car degraded after coming here for a year, due to chemicals so would recommend avoiding harsh chemicals on the plates. Other than that these guys always go the extra mile and look after your car like it’s their own

I’m really happy with the service I received here. I had originally gone to a nearby car wash, but the experience there was extremely disappointing — I waited in the queue for around 10–20 minutes with no acknowledgement from any staff. When I finally got to the front, they told me they weren’t able to do any valeting that day. Total waste of time. Thankfully, I decided to come here instead, and I’m so glad I did! The difference in service was like night and day. The team here were welcoming, professional, and actually cared about doing a proper job. For just £20, I got a full taxi valet that was miles better than the “best wash” the other place charges £15 for. The car came out spotless, inside and out — genuinely a proper clean. The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. I left feeling extremely satisfied and confident that I’ll be coming back regularly. If you want great value, great results, and great customer service, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

Used to be great, until they suddenly decided my BMW 2 series is a considered a large car (it is classed as medium at most). So have been getting charged £10 for some time based on this baseless category. In recent months they appear to have increased this price to £12, but they only seem to decide that after the job has been done. The signs all still have the old prices on there. After using them for years, I won’t be going back

Always a great job done. Get what you pay for. Long overdue (4 months at least) interior valet and an outside wash/dry. £28.

Good car wash

Paid £14 for a silver valet, and they couldn't wait to get me out of there. Didn't clean back of seats or door treads and made excuses for not cleaning it out properly by saying this only comes with a Gold valet, I won't be going to this place again - very ignorant.
