Had my little car cleaned here today as I hate washing my car. I was a bit nervous leaving my key with them while I went shopping in Tescos but that's only me I'm very precious about my car. Lol. Lovely friendly cheerful staff. Car looks lovely. Very happy. Thank you. 😊😊😊

Go elsewhere. Had a bad experience both times I’ve been here. Both times they managed to scratch the panelling next to my touch screen. However because it had happened before I made a point of the fact it had happened last time and asked them to be careful. When I picked the car up, the same thing had happened but worse this time and therefore I lwt them know it had been scratched this time too the manager proceeded to say it must’ve been paint that had rubbed off and kept repeating that it was “impossible” and “never happened in his 15 years working there” although it had happened to me twice in 1 year… Edit: forgot to mention I asked about a partial refund and was instantly told no refunds. He just tried to play it off as damage from before I had been. I was only asking for £10 refund. Ps the same service cost me £60 last time and they tried to charge me £95 this time. I said I would only go for the £50 option ans they eventually relented and gave me the original service and price. Go elsewhere.

Do not use !!! Having had the car washed here several times I had a wash and hoover which is what it normally gets and have always been charged £35. Popped into Tesco's to do a bit of shopping and when i came out the cost was £40 when i looked at the car it still had bird muck on it and it hadn't hadn't been hoovered throughout. I spoke with the manager there who was quite rude and said that they have done £40 worth of work, also acknowledged the bird muck which was there before and also acknowledged they hadn't hoovered everywhere. I then commented about the price and was told thats what it is and if i wanted a full valet i need to pay for 1. I pointed out that I also use another carwash in Birkenhead who actually do a much better job and thats of a larger work vehicle at almost half the price. The least i expect is to have the same level of service if not better for the amount paid. The managers response was thats because they dont have any insurance. Having seen their insurance on the wall this is not true and i will be talking to the owner of the other company as this amounts to slander. Having also spoken to waves head office via email unless you take a picture there not interested, especially if you have driven the car as they will say its happened after you left Do not use !!!!

Popped into tesco in Heswall and asked for the outside and inside to be cleaned. To say how disappointed I am is an understatement. Inside not hoovered properly and outside wheels dirty. I asked the guy to redo and he still didn't clean it properly. I have a two seater car so it wasn't that difficult to clean. Won't be using this company again

Worst and most expensive quick car wash I have ever used. Paid for their top mini valet, car isn’t clean there’s now scratches on 2 of the alloys and damage to one of the rear seat backs. I dare not even complain as I’m certain they would cause further damage if I gave them the chance to try and put it right. Never again service is terrible.

They make a good job on our car, my husband has his car washed and hoovered every week their. Staff are very friendly.

Just had my car cleaned here and it is the cleanest it has been since I have owned it, the staff are very friendly and do a proper job, they have a good system in place that works to make sure you get your money’s worth. I had the platinum service car looking brand new in and out I will definitely be coming back.

I paid £40 for the gold wash and interior mini valet (this service costs £25 at the waves car wash in an inner city tesco). After the wash the exterior was still dirty - bonnet, roof and wing mirrors still covered in bird poo. I pointed this and and asked them to clean it again. There was still bird poo on the wing mirrors after their second attempt. I took a shamy from them and cleaned the wing mirror myself. To be fair, the interior was very clean. If I'd paid £10 I wouldn't have been too fussed, but for £40 I expect the exterior to be spotless. I won't be using this car wash again. Update Jan 2024: looks like a new team have taken over the car wash. Took my car for an inside & out wash - great job, really pleased with the result

Booked through the app for mine and my boyfriends car. One was £20 one was £30, when they was done I paid chip and pin £45 however, the £20 and £30 was also taken from my card as you have to link it upto the account to confirm your booking. £90 altogether was deducted. Absolutely disgusting. Not even that good a valet
