Ripped the areal of my vehicle. Then tried to deny it was my vehicles areal on the floor, Infront of it. Agreed to pay for the repairs to be done. Then when I produced the receipt for the work that had been done, they deducted the price of the original car wash. Will never use them again.

Great service, called in when they were quiet. Great clean on my car, they are always very polite.

Tried to charge me more than cost advertised, twice! First time I thought it was a mistake, as I didn’t recognise the lad so thought he was new, but they tried it again today. I politely said mine wasn’t a 4x4 or 7 seater, they agreed, then done a truly terrible job. The outside still has a considerable amount of road dirt, the inside looks like it’s been hoovered with a sausage, the interior has been cleaned with a dirty rag and there was pools of cleaning chemicals inside the car where they had not cleaned, just sprayed and hoped for the best. I have used this car wash for many years for both cars in household, without any issue and always been happy with the service. I can only put this experience down to the newer staff they have. Do not use!!
