Tried to overcharge me stating that my car is between medium and large despite stating initially that it was medium. Tried to also put in the 7pm surcharge despite it being 6:30!!! Did a bad job cleaning too! Don’t recommend. Update- I felt like responding because I don’t think your response is satisfactory. I told the person off who was leaning on a car so I agree. Also I confirmed at the beginning what my vehicle size is and you said medium, to later change your mind is not a misunderstanding it’s just scamming. There’s no in between a medium and large on your board so if you need to charge more, update your boards and inform the customers. Also, you didn’t explain why a surcharge was going to be applied when it was 6:30pm not 7pm. It seems like you have regular customers who leave you good reviews, but the ones who are not regular just get overcharged or don’t get a good service.
