Excellent car wash service! The team was very swift, with 3–4 staff members working on my car at the same time, making the entire process fast and efficient. They performed a very neat and thorough deep cleaning, leaving the car spotless inside and out. The tyre polish, glass cleaning, and car polish were all done exceptionally well

The staff are very nice and friendly and they are very fast and efficient. Also very good iced latte in the little coffee shop to drink while you wait. Thank you!

I recently visited Ley Street Car Wash and paid £23 for a full inside and outside clean. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. While the exterior looked acceptable at first glance, the interior cleaning was very poor. The floor mats were still dirty — it seemed like they were only rinsed with water rather than properly scrubbed. They were placed back into the car while still wet, which caused a damp smell inside. Once they dried, the dirt was still clearly visible. Additionally, the door sides were not cleaned properly, and there was still noticeable dirt left behind. Even the windscreen and windows were not cleaned to a good standard, and I had to re-clean the glass myself afterwards. Overall, the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail, especially considering the price. I would not recommend this car wash based on my experience.

Great experience, no complaints

Very quick and worth the 12quid

Not sure how this place got all these 4 or 5 star reviews. Absolute jokers. Natural practice of an outside wash is to dry the car and panels, opening the doors and drying the trims after the was is completed. The car doors were opened to clean, so I assumed they are drying the excess water, which car washes do anyway. Got home to find water droplets over half of the car. Ended up having to dry the car myself. For all that don't know, an outside only wash Includes drying the excess water off the car all over. As mentioned, this includes opening the doors and boot to wipe off the excess water on the trims. The car was dry of any water before leaving, so I had no reason to complain or bring it to their attention, but arrived home to water leaking and droplets. Never again. I'm adding more on to this review in response to the establishments reply. Calling a customers review fake. Not very formal is it? No one mentioned anything about a car showroom finish. If you pay for a service, do your job properly. Yes, you will get small water marks after driving away, but marks were all over the car after I drove away. I had to dry all the mess myself. READ OTHER REVIEWS RELATING TO RUSHING THE JOB, LACK OF CLEANING AND ATTITUDE WHEN CONFRONTING THEM WITH AN ISSUE. IF YOU GUYS TAKE PRIDE IN COMPLETING THE JOBS TO A SATISFACTORY LEVEL, YOU WOULDN'T BE GETTING NEGATIVE REVIEWS !!!!

I used to go here 2–3 times a week with different cars, but never again. Basic wash is fine, but the mini/full valet is a scam — they charge extra and don’t do anything more. When you question it, they get rude and angry. Avoid the expensive services completely.

Very good car wash

Good service, but unfortunately not enough staff. Takes far too long to get you car washed. Even the staff thats here, walking around with hands in their pockets.
