I had a very unpleasant experience,the air pump doesn't work, there's no sign anywhere mentioning that, hard to get a hold of staff. How long does it take to fix such important equipment...

It's a small petrol station and a small shop. The space is little bit tight and can get little busy sometimes, the service could be little bit more friendly and the price are bit high on the shop, otherwise does the job!

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO WAIT DAYS FOR A MANAGERS ATTENTION I used the self service pressure washer to wash my car and the machine malfunctioned and covered the car in concentrated soap rather than a soap and water mix. This caused me to have to spend an additional £6 and ALOT OF TIME to tirelessly wash the concentrated soap off. I spoke to the staff member inside and explained my situation to which I was told to come back two days later for a solution !?! I requested the staff member several times that there must be an alternative solution to having to come back and lose out on further time and money. The member of staff stated that he is under strict instructions not to “bother” management on weekends and that I would HAVE TO come back to the branch for a solution on Monday. I find it totally unacceptable and very unprofessional for a company as big and reputable as JET to have no manager after 5pm on weekdays and none whatsoever on weekends.

Very rude guy on the till - parked his personal car on pump & blocked it with out any sign of line closed - waste of time

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Jet station. I had £80 cash, needed to pay £30 and handed £40, but because the banknotes were slightly stuck together, the cashier refused to give me back my £10 change. When I pointed this out immediately, he denied it and refused to show me the CCTV. He told me I would receive it by email from the manager, but I never received anything. This behaviour is unacceptable and shows a lack of honesty and respect towards customers. I felt cheated and ignored, and I will never return to this station.

I got contaminated fuel from here. Ended up costing me £800. Avoid!

I’m very disappointed with this jet car wash. It’s £2 for just 2 minutes, which is ridiculously expensive for what you get. The jet doesn’t even wash properly, and the brush barely works either. I tried to give feedback to the worker, but he didn’t seem to care at all. All I said was that this jet wash wasn’t working well and that the one on Green Lane is much better value and does a better job. His response? “Yeah, but you washed it no?” That’s not how customer service should be handled. Save your money and go somewhere else—this place isn’t worth it.

Easy to get into, get your petrol and rejoin the Highway turn left to go towards Southend, Basildon, Pitsea, Billericay and right to go towards Goodmayes, Seven kings, Ilford, Manor Park Wanstead, Leytonstone, Walthamstow, Stratford and London.
