Used to be a great place to get car washed, but the last couple of times they’ve been really bad. They don’t even care anymore and use dirty wet rags to clean your car, which leaves marks and looks like it hasn’t even been washed. Also, they can’t even dry the car properly to get rid of all water marks. Very disappointing, wouldn’t recommend and definitely going to go somewhere else.

Just had a mini valet at Denton Car Wash, a totally professional service. Can’t find a fault with the work carried out. The staff are a credit to there selves and there families.100% recommend this service, Thanks.

Very disappointing experience at Diamond Hand Car Wash. I paid for the Mini Valet service, and after only two minutes they told me my car was finished. I thought that was surprisingly quick, but I trusted them and drove away. When I checked the car a minute later, it was still dirty both inside and outside. I returned immediately and spoke to the manager, but instead of helping, he was rude and blamed me for not inspecting the car before leaving. To make matters worse, they only accept cash, and when I asked for a credit or any form of compensation, they refused. Poor quality service and very unprofessional customer service. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place.

Best carwash in newcastle always leaving satisfied

I had these guys come and do a mobile valet on two cars. Great job done, cars look great. Good communication and arrived exactly when planned for. Reasonable price, plenty of work done for the money.

Hard workers and they do a good job for a fair price, not rushed.

Hands down the best place to go if you need your cleaned. Prices are great, service is impeccable, and the lads are super friendly.

Best car wash in Newcastle, attention to detail is superb, although sometimes they do let the usual finer details slip on the last few occasions as opposed to what it was like when I first went, but nevertheless these are small details. Class service, friendly and usually get the wash done fairly quick 🙏🏼

Service is always great

What an awful experience I had with this car wash! I just bought a new car and took it for its first wash. I opted for the stage 3 valet and paid £40 for a deep clean. 1 and half hours after leaving my car I got a phone call to say my car was done. Upon arrival I opened my boot to see they had not even cleaned the boot. And the worst part they had scratched the paint on my car! I don’t know what abrasive tools they are using or they simply lack respect for other peoples property. I had to inspect the car and tell them the parts they missed including the sides of the doors! They didn’t even give me an air freshener! I have messaged them to ask for a refund but they have just ignored me. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I had to warn others of their appalling behaviour.

I needed my vehicle cleaned whilst I visited the great city of Newcastle for work purposes. The car wash was conveniently located near the city centre. Great mini valet service and the lads were very thorough. Not bad for £20.
