AVOID AT ALL COSTS - My wife took our Tesla there to get cleaned inside and out - they left a massive crack on the windscreen and have not accepted liability (don't think they're smart enough to know that there are 9 cameras on the car and we have them on video doing it). After going back and getting details the guy just ghosted the wife - absolute criminals - stay away

I’m disappointed by the sharp rise in prices over such a short period. Just three months ago, a full interior and exterior car wash cost £30. It then increased to £35, and today we were quoted £45 for the exact same service. A £15 increase in such a short time feels excessive and difficult to justify!

Have used before and done a reasonable job for the price, however it was £50 for inside and out, wheels still dirty, carpets wet inside where they just pressure wash everything and missed quite a few bits Disappointing and would not use again

One of the best car washes in the area. Friendly staff. I used to take my car here 2 to 3 times a month. Unfortunately, I have knocked off a star due to a recent price increase. I used to pay £12 for outside only, which I thought was reasonable, I went a few weeks ago and was told the price had now increased to £20 for outside only. I have since found another local car wash charging £10 for outside and £20 for inside and out, who I'll be giving my money to in future.

All was easy yo folloe

Got my corsa cleaned the other day. Everyone was pleasant and very efficient. My car is spotless. Will be going to them again.

This has been my go to car wash for years. Very good attention to detail however this time was so disappointing. Bird poo left on bonnet, which I had to ask to be recleaned. Door pockets not hoovered and still had crumbs in. 2 pizzas were walked in to their office so I’m guessing they were in a rush for their lunch.

Took my Van for a good clean today and they absolutely did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this place.

£40 for VW Golf in and out and is not even clean.. Never again !

I found Kingston Valeting Ltd to be overpriced for the service I received. The basic clean I asked for was completed in about 15 minutes, yet I was charged £40. I also felt pressured to pay for additional cleaning options I didn’t want. Based on my experience with other valeting services, this felt too expensive for the level and length of service provided

This company is a joke as you have to clean yourself the car to ensure is clean. You asked to hover and clean in one point they said ye ye and is not done. They have put the prices up and they said that they can clean for 40. Ho much do you need to ensure the minimal is done or standards. Very poor service avoid

Be careful they deliberately Scratched my car. The car wash it self its bad not proper cleaned, disgusting service, very unprofessional.

Scratched my car and were so rude. All talking different language as well about us. Also so expensive double the cost of my local car wash in Twickenham.
