WOMEN - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The men are aggressive and the argue about the prices that are on the wall posters charging a TENNER more … £35 for a VW POLO that had been cleaned 5 days earlier is taking the P155 …. they then start a barge of abuse. This is not on. I’m a blue badge holder - I should not have to feel intimidated by aggressive car wash men trying to rip me off and then try and shake me in to feeling bad about myself. The BIG MOUTH needs to find another place away from women & the general public. Abuse is abuse. This is not on @bentals

I'm just so disappointed and upset with the clean I had today. I am trying to sell my car so I booked a Valet service. With a discount it was around £86, and was meant to be inside and outside cleaning. When I came back the car just wasn't clean. There was some bird poo on the drivers door they hadn't bothered to clean off, the front and rear window were still grimy, there was still grime on the wheels, and they clearly hadn't vacuumed the interior properly as there was still a lot of crumbs and a mark on the carpet which would have been removed if they'd actually valeted it. I have had much better cleans at supermarket carparks for 1/4 of the price, and will probably have to get this done in addition to the clean I've had with this company. Additionally, there was scratches and brown markings on the bonnet that I had never seen before in my life until today, and weren't there when I dropped it off. They did ask me if I was happy and when I pointed out all the problems they just argued with me so I knew they weren't actually interested in fixing anything and couldn't care less. It's already stressful selling a car and this is the worst car valet experience I've ever had. It's simply just not clean and in many ways looks worse than when I dropped it off.

Not a 'Platinum' service. Inside of the car doesnt even look like its been touched. Grease from the wheels has just been smeared around the hub caps.

I was told it was £40 for exterior only! Only to see that the board states differently - job was very average and came back to streaks on both windows and body

I booked and paid today for a Gold - Sparkling Exterior & Interior service at Kingston - Bentall Centre A via their website. The cost was GBP26,06. Upon my arrival I was advised that the price I paid was incorrect and that the correct price for this service was more than GBP50,00. The manager, who is the owner's brother, advised me hereof. I declined to proceed and I will look to have my money refunded. I will not use their service again and warn prospective customers of booking via their website.

If you are looking for a nice car wash, I’m telling you honestly, this place is giving horrible service. Selling higher packages but always giving the basic cleaning stuff. Don’t even think about this place. Just go and find another place. Horrible. The bentall or the carpark should end their contract. They are giving horrible service and irritating car park customers.

Expensive and bad clean. Tried to upsell the expensive version. Opted for inside and out £40. Did a very sub par cleaning. Streaks on the outside, inside clearly not well cleaned. Fairly sure new scratches on the paint work as well, but don’t have before/after pics to confirm. Avoid.

Many thanks to the lovely site manager and anwar for taking care of my car, they done it beautifully and came out brand new. Will definitely recommend and come again!

Expensive and car still dirty on the inside. Same complaint as the other reviews and they have not fixed the complaints. Do not recommend.

Had never used the Car Wash at Bentalls, Kingston before and will never use again. Was charged £40 even though advertised at £35 but I was in a rush. Worse valet I have every had. Do not use.

Money missing from my car won’t be returning

Horrible experience .The guys there told me basic cleaning for a fiat 500 will cost £40 and then when I noticed that it’s written £34.99 for a premium clean. They started arguing that they over quoted the price as they are busy. Not only they took £35 for a basic cleaning , they didn’t even do a decent job. I am too disappointed to even attach pictures here . They are not only dishonest and do a lower quality job but also super rude and aggressive . since I was late for my appointment i paid and left. I would never use their service again and advise everyone to avoid these people.

Avoid this business at all costs!!! I visited this site back in July and paid £60 plus a decent tip for a valet service which was absolutely awful to say the least. The outside was ok but the inside looked untouched. I proceeded to contact head office who were very helpful and they offered me a full refund but instead I opted for a token for another valet as I thought that maybe they might go that bit extra the next time I visit and to give them another chance. Today, I revisited the same car wash and I was scrutinised as to why and where I got the token and after discussions back and forth between the attendant and his boss over the phone they finally agreed to do it. The result was just as bad as before. I just wish I had taken the refund and not given them that chance to redeem themselves 🙄

Ok outside, awful on the inside. £35 for a car that was barely vacuumed and wiped on the inside

Tried to get a car wash, got shouted at before I even attempted to park up to enquire about getting a car wash.

Paid for a full vallet. My paintwork has been scratched and they didn’t even do the boot. Waste of £95 and will cost me money to fix my paintwork, never use this service, you’ll regret it. If 0 stars was possible I would give it.

Did a good job.

Been coming to this car wash for over a year now and Andrei always does an excellent job. Car is always cleaned thoroughly inside and out.
