Good but a good clean is required.

I always feel confident when I fill up at Shell. The fuel is always top quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the fact that Shell offers a variety of amenities, such as coffee shops, convenience stores, and car washes. I would definitely recommend Shell to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient place to fuel up.

Had a small stop for fuel ⛽ I need it to go restroom 🚻 nice and clean most of the shell have the restroom 🚻 which is nice to know

Easy and helpful

used to be reliable. Air pump stop working with no signs. Which lets air out instead of pump air in. It only takes coins and the waitrose has no change for cash. Generally cba type of service.

Nice refit but it no longer has a car wash

I was stuck as my shell card payment didn’t go through luckily Raji help me to initiate apple pay to pay for my petrol, she was very helpful and patient with me.

Spacious fuelling areas, Air and water machine. Parking available. Lovely staff. Variety of shopping products. Two Costa coffee machines. Deli with tasty foods available to self serve. Toilet facilities available. Cash machine outside.

There’s no rhyme or reason why this station and the one at park road roundabout have no EV charger, I have to drive for miles to use my shell recharge card, it’s pathetic and you can’t even get through to anyone to discuss or explain that north Kingston has hundreds of EV users who would be potential customers

Screen wash not filled over one week, I did paid twice (£1) over 7 days unit is empty no one fills it??? I did complain in the store no one cares, no customer service It is my local shop but NO MORE

Clean store smells nice but no hand sanitizer

Popped in to grab some lunch. Meal deal items not labelled. Queue back to the door, far too long to wait just to ask about the meal deal items. No staff on shop floor. Clearly needs more employees

We always preferred shell as they have good service, shops etc but there is no baby changing unit in any of the stations and toilets which is really disappointing :((

Wonderful, wonderful staff here. Always a pleasure to call in. Great selection of grocery items, too.
