Outstanding! I just got a new car (well new to me anyway!) which I bought from a main dealer who apparently detailed it. The before and after Luke worked his magic is night and day! Luke clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. I received regular videos throughout showing progress and his workmanship and communication were top notch. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone who needs their car transformed!

Luke has done a fantastic job on my enginee compartment BMW. The car was completely full of old grease and oil, it was a completely mess. Once I come back for the car, looked like a new engine. Incredible experience from start to finish. Especially the service, communication and updates from Luke. But for the work itself, look at the results for yourself!! This is a 9 year old car with 94,000 miles on it. First time to a detailer since new and it looks almost as good as new. I had the Ultimate Detail, Roof Clean, Ceramic Coating and Interior Deep Clean. Couldn't be happier with the results and will be returning.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Approached Luke after purchasing a used Polestar 2 to get further information about the detailing services he offers. Agreed to get detailing done on both the exterior and interior of my car in addition to the application of Gtechniq coatings on all exterior services (glass and alloy wheels included). Throughout the process Luke provided regular updates and videos showing us the progress made which was much appreciated. There were swirl marks and scratches all over the paintwork of my car before any work was done but Luke did an amazing job and restored my car back to show room condition. The ceramic coating has helped with protecting my car during the poor weather recently but, soon after the application of the coating, I accidentally hit the curb whilst driving causing scuff marks on the two of the alloy wheels. Fortunately I had alloy wheel repair cover with my car but when I approached the repair company I found out from them that the ceramic coating would likely be removed as part of the repair process. Was disappointed to hear this as I only had the ceramic coating done recently so I approached Luke for his help. He very kindly agreed to reapply the coating on the two alloy wheels, once the repair was done in the new year, as a gesture of goodwill and I was extremely grateful for this. To summarise I would highly recommend Autoshine due to their exceptional customer service and high standard of work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience - Car Looks Better Than New! I took my new Volkswagen ID.7 Pro Match+ to Autoshine Car Detailing in Kingston upon Thames (KT1 3LG) for the Gtechniq New Car Ceramic Coating Package, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience. After reading Autoshine's brilliant reviews, I called and spoke to Luke, and right from the start he was so professional, polite, calm, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions honestly, and never made me feel rushed. I instantly knew my car would be in the right hands. I dropped my car off on 27/10/2025, and Luke walked me through the process. He explained that he would carry out a full wash, decontamination, and machine polish before applying the ceramic coating. Even though my car was brand new from the VW dealership, the dealer's prep work was shockingly poor – swirl marks everywhere, a few scratches, and a bird etching mark on the bonnet. Luke spotted everything and carried out a full paint correction to restore a perfect finish. He then applied Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light & EXO V5 to the paint, wheels and glass. When I collected my car on 29/10/2025, I was blown away. The Grenadilla Black Metallic paint looked flawless – deep, glossy, and way better than when I picked it up from the dealership! Luke also explained how to maintain the coating and sent me a list of recommended products, which was super helpful. His attention to detail and customer care are second to none. If you're considering getting your car detailed, ceramic coated, or even PPF applied, Autoshine is the place to go. Luke's passion and workmanship truly show. Took my 20 year old GTV to Luke a few years back and days later it won best in show at Brooklands. Got my Maserati back yesterday. We discussed an issue with it which he said was 50/50 to sort. He couldn't sort it and knocked loads of the bill. He also went above and beyond what was agreed and did more than expected. He gets a third car of ours tomorrow. Overly fair and honest.
