Total garbage. They miss loads of areas, don't clean your windows, just wipe off the excess water. The guys on the sponges are totally unreal, don't lift wipers, was just dragging sponge across bonnet with 2 fingers as if to try to get me to react. Zero stars.

What has happened to this place? Been going there for years and has always been ok. This time, £35 and this is what they did to my car, throughout the whole interior. I took it back round there and they just sneered at me and denied it. Disgusting.

Went here a few months ago and they did a fantastic job. Popped in today and they have managed to put some pretty bad scratches over my windscreen and one on my drivers window. Also it was a pretty rough job. I didn’t bother complaining. Know when you get the feeling it will fall on death ears. Just another customer lost. From the comment I got apparently the boss should not be on site and the business would be a happier one.

Do not use, terrible job and when given the chance to rectify the problem they wanted to charge again. Since the change of personnel this car wash is best driven past!!!!

DO NOT USE this place! Paid £30 for inside and out car was not done properly! when I spoke about this I got told to carry on. Can’t even call it a half job absolute rip off! Took 5 mins car is still dirty. Management as rude also!

Such a great bunch of guys who do a brilliant job. Service with a smile and they work super fast as a team to get the job done.

Every member of the staff is extremely courteous. My go to car wash in Surbiton. They always do a top notch job. Also were kind enough to help me with my wheelchair. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to other car washes in the area. Highly recommended to everyone!!

I have been going here for a good few years now and it’s always been amazing but however today I had streaks in the paint and damage to paintwork on passenger door obviously from the sponge where it’s been dropped and had grit or something in it. Very disappointing.

Was so impressed with these guys today that I felt I wanted to leave this review! They cleaned my large scoda with roof box inside and out and did a fantastic job. The car was very filthy inside from muddy rugby boots, dog etc and their attention to detail working on it, with 5 of them cleaning the car, was really great! I think it helps going here at slightly less busy times- I was here at 10:30 am. Thanks guys- I will be back!
