Hook Hand Car Wash

I just washed my car 30 min a go.Outside only When i parked to check for stains of leaks on the car i realised that i have some stains on rear bumper and rear bonnet that they cannot be cleaned with any solution’s so i will need to make a polish .Rubbish clean solution’s.They ruin the car paint.Not recommending

Spent £35 getting my car cleaned inside & out. The worst clean it’s ever had. Cross I didn’t check it at the time. Parts not touched & I now have white spray inside 🤷🏻‍♀️

Worst car wash I've been to. Brand new vehicle, less than 500 miles, it now needs another clean after visiting this car wash. Dirty cloths, even told one guy his cloth was dirty but he didn't seem to care. Roof is simply awful and hasn't been washed. streaks all over the vehicle. Car wash in Tesco New Malden are a bit better

Expensive and not cheerful. They rush to get you away. They try their best to upsell, which is annoying, as this shouldn’t be an upselling type of business. They use dirty sponges 🧽.. The owner of this business should be ashamed of themselves, hopefully they read this, and learn.

The wash was too rushed and parts of the car we missed. Wasn't happy with the result once I'd driven home.

Simply needs new management otherwise they will be out of business - very low quality of cleaning standards, slow and fairly unfriendly.

They can’t wash a car to save their life

They did not clean the roof of my car or around my number plate. I called to arrange to get it redone when I was next available and they insisted that they would only redo it if I brought it back the next day which I was unable to do as I was unavailable.

They didn’t do a good job at all. Staff were lazy and had to be pushed to actually finish the job properly. Car would have looked better if I did it myself.

Avoid Avoid Avoid !!! Bunch of thieves, stole a drill from the boot of the car while hoovering it. Refused to let me see the security footage (obviously). Spare yourself the experience, go anywhere else.

Great service and excellent customer care

Very pleased with the result an after using them for my Ford SUV. Reasonable price and prompt service.

If you want to throw away £35, come to this car wash. I paid good money expecting a proper service and left feeling completely disappointed. Everyone works hard for their money, and the least we can do is respect each other by delivering the service we promise. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. Not recommended.

Need a car wash, first time here. Thought £15 was a little pricey at first. Washed, waxed and dried. They where not happy that the front was clean enough, so send me around again to be redone. Top service! Now the £15 seems a great price.

My AirPods were stolen out of my car here, I checked the last seen location and a few weeks later I managed to trace them and get them back, the guy said he bought it from someone from this car wash too. I called the owner and told him everything to give him feedback and the frustration.

Great service from these guys. They adjusted my need to do the internal and external car washes on different days as I had kids in the car

I had my car washed here charged me £15 for a small car I got home and found that my Allied wheels had not been cleaned properly and went back to a very rude man that said he was the manager and told him and he was very rude to me and spoke to me as if I was a man He was unapologetic I was moaning and I also told him whatever you’re using. It’s not keeping my car clean. He said we use the best product in the market. He cleaned my allied wheels again and didn’t even apologise. I won’t be going back there disgusting man.

I received wonderful service and my vehicle was in beautiful condition once they were done. The price is more than reasonable and I would recommend that everyone should give them a try. 5 stars from me!

New owners clearly . Have no idea how to wash a car. Places missed saw no soap whatsoever even after I pointed it out. Shame as it was a local one for me. Won’t go back

Avoid the wait is over an hour, one person with a hoover. Guys are nice but organisation poor
