The best car wash in Richmond

The price is rising rather sharply and the quality of service is actually declining. The service was excellent before, and unfortunately not anymore. It takes the new crew and much less time to clean and with minimum effort and I can imagine where the issue is. I’ve been coming here for years and loved and trusted it. But today was the third time I came back disappointed. There were plenty of marks on windows, and the boot was really badly cleaned with grime and thick long layer of dirt still there. Plenty of uncleared spots also all over the body of my car.

Worst ever car wash i have been to. Paid £35 for in and out which is already too high. Left everything as its to clean for myself inside seats were not cleaned outside the dirt patches were there too. Not dried properly too all over the car it was messy clean have to get cleaned again. Never will go there again.

Terrible experience, do not recommend. Awful place, they damaged my car by using the pressure washer way too close and didn’t think to inform me until I noticed myself! I addressed this with the owner (who obviously did not want to take accountability) and asked for a refund which they refused. When he finally gave my money back, he threw cash at me and threatened me not to come back. This is how they treat women. Would give them 0 stars if I could. What an absolutely rude man. In addition to all of this, they did a poor job cleaning as my car also still has dirt marks on it.

Just had my car washed here and I’m really impressed. They did a great job both inside and out — the car looks spotless. The staff and manager were all very friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. Really good experience overall, would definitely recommend!

I went here because of the attitude I got at the Sainsbury's Car wash. I'm so glad I did. From the moment I pulled up I felt welcome and a valued customer, even though it was my first time there. The staff were friendly, courteous and very professional. By the time they'd finished, my car was gleaming. It looked brand new. This will be my "go to" the next time I have my car washed. Please don't waste your money going somewhere else. Even though this place is cheaper than the Sainsburys one, you get a much better car washing service here and no attitude. It's a shame I can only give 5 stars.
