Scratches on my car that weren’t there before and a sub standard car wash - wouldn’t recommend

Terrible car washing, I took it today. My car would have been washed better if I threw a bucket of water at my car. Don't waste your money and your time.

Don't waste your time and go somwhere else. Every time I come here car is not cleaned properly. When I asked to do a better job, they said to buy jet wash and do it myself.

Today I went to wash my small car, including hoovered inside, a worker came to the car, open the doors, looked inside, and stated, " I need to charge you more because your car is dirty" i said - if the car wasn't dirty I wouldn't have come here. When I paid, i told the guy , I feel like you're overcharging me, and I will put that down on the review. He took the money and didn't say anything. Poor customer service.

Took brand new car for its first car wash... Was horrified to see chap lean over bonnet with equipment/ bottles dangling from his side pocket pressing against the body of the car .. he gave my car 2 scratches... One on the side (while reaching for the roof) and a deep scratch on the front of the bonnet while reach near the windscreen... Worst part is he knew he scratched by the look on his face and slowly walked away... Do not go there!

This is my local car wash, the guys are very professional and friendly. Everytime I get excellent service
