They’ve just told me that I would get charged £10 to clean the dog hair and that the hammock that my dog stays on “might not be cleaned”. That’s really poor. First time in 20 years as a driver and dog owner someone wants to charge extra for some dog hair in a car that was cleaned not that long ago. The guy didn’t seem to be bothered that I left and did nothing to keep me as a customer. I see now why they are never busy while other places are packed.

Nothing good. Bossy uninterested staff. Very lazy car cleaners. They don't use cleaning products. Half hearted effort in hoovering. Quoted me the charged extra afterwards. Had to return car.mud on door steps.mirrors smeared. Cleaners aren't interested in making a good job. And absolutely don't let them drive your car. They changed settings on my car completely!

Every time I come here is get worst than time before I don't recommend it

I own a small car got charged for a large car when I got home I then counted my change to notice that someone has taken money from my car

Please avoid this place at all costs. I visited Richmond Sainsbury’s car wash today (29/05/26) to have my car washed while I shopped, as I’ve done at least 5 times before. My car has recently developed a small area of lacquer peel on the bonnet. I pointed this out to the car wash attendant and specifically asked that did not use the pressure washer anywhere on or around that specific area of peel. He agreed, pointed to the area and confirmed they wouldn’t use the pressure washer there. When I got back to my car, not only did it still have dirty marks on it, but the lacquer peel had increased in size, at least five fold. I now have a massive chunk of exposed paint work on my bonnet that needs urgent repair. After 10 minutes of polite debate, I eventually managed to get a refund and an apology, but I’m now facing the cost of bonnet respray in the £100’s. Please don’t waste your money.

Initially arrived at lunch time to get my car washed but Due to the wait time I had to return later. I asked when they would be closing and advised that I would return. Upon my return I was advised that because the vehicle in front of me was really dirty they couldn’t service my car even though they hadn’t closed yet. I advised that it was suggested to me to return later in the day and to save time I even advised that I could opt for doing the outside of the car only. After a back and forth and waiting around. They washed the exterior of my car in a rush. Not happy with the treatment and the service. It was a rushed Job and not a welcoming experience particularly for the price

Poor cleaning, charged us extra and had the gold wash - had to make them clean again, still dirty as pictured. Won’t go again - I recommend to car wash just down the road by the NisaLocal / fire station. They are MUCH better

Stay clear. They make up prices on the spot. Charged me 60 inside and outside clean when before I was charged 40. There's a car wash next door that charged me 35 for exact same service and far more better. Go there instead.

They rip you off. Charged my wife £20 just to clean the inside.

Would give zero star if I could. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Brought our new car in for a wash and it was returned with lots of scratches on the leather. Cleaning was also subpar!

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The man shouted at me after I had done what was requested to put my car in the que. By the time I went to give my keys another car had pulled out and he demanded in a very rude manor in a raised to move my car around another one. Usually they take my keys and this is not an issue, it was a couple metres to move and in the que as requested. The man refused to take my keys and raised his voice and was very confrontational. He also refused to give his name so I could feed this back to his manager and the whole team did the same refusing to give me the managers information and simply saying he was not around. After telling them I was a paying customer they did not seem to care and I will refuse to use this over priced medicore cleaning company ever again. I payed £7 over the guided price last time and the quality is something I could do better my self. Absolutely appalling and I would save your money and go else where if I were you.

Did not even wash the car properly I don’t think they use soap. Water stains all over the car. Waste of £20 I could’ve done it myself at home.

Always polite and helpful . Would like to say a big thank you to all of the men at the car wash. They found my gold ring which I thought I had lost. Put it in a place where I could easily find it. Also made a good job on my filthy child friendly, pet abused car.

My original review is as below but I have chosen to update it to 5 stars now instead of 3. I decided to come here again this week to give it another try after many months. I had the pleasure of chatting and discussing things with the owner Kamran (forgive me, I am not sure if I have spelled the name correctly!) and I was really pleased to see him again. He has always been so lovely, helpful and friendly in the past but on a few times when I last came, I never saw him again and really thought he had gone and that it was some new people. And I felt things had changed. I felt like the work was starting to be rushed and standards weren’t as good. So I was not happy with the service and wanted to try elsewhere. But I was very happy when this week he came and spoke to me and explained that he is actually here and he discussed things with me. I was really impressed with how he takes customer care and service seriously after my last review and I really appreciated the discussion! I want to give 5 stars for this customer care because it’s really important! The car was beautifully clean and inside was perfect- Exactly the service I had ordered and nothing was missed. I would recommend giving them a try as to be honest, they are best car wash in the area, (I went somewhere else and I found them to be unsatisfactory) and most importantly, if you feel anything is ever missed, I realise now to always speak to Kamran because he will ensure you have a great customer service. He is professional and lovely man and definitely I will be back again now- sometimes it is always good to give a place another try and to talk! Thanks again, Laura …………….. I have been a long term loyal customer here for a few years now, as always found the guys have done a great job. However, the standards have recently slipped. The prices have gone up, which is understandable but the standards shouldn’t go down. In recent visits, I find things are forgotten like tyre shine, or dirt still at the bottom of the doors. Dirty door seals. Things that were usually always done. This morning I came and paid for in and out cleaning of my car. Outside was cleaned well this time, but inside it appeared that only some vacuuming had been done. All insides of the doors were still dirty and dusty and the dashboard and centre controls hadn’t even been touched with a cloth. I went back and politely requested it is now cleaned, and this was done. However, the seats and inside of the doors are still not cleaned and I went home and did it myself. I don’t want to keep asking that different things have been missed. I understand they are very busy here, but we are paying our precious cash for a service that should still be done correctly and not totally rushed so that these things are getting missed. Interior cleaning and dashboard should definitely not have been forgotten. I’m really sorry guys, but I won’t be coming back here anymore. :(

I am the customer today around 1330 and paid for £25 for in and outside wash When I home I noticed that the rear Car plate that even jetted Still load of dust Edit and today I came again the owner communicated with me and sort it

DO NOT USE - they take your cars out of the car park to drive!

I will do highly recommend to the Car Wash they clean my car very well my car has been parked up for two years I feel like I am buying brand-new car again I’ll Definitely back next 2 week

The best car wash in the area hands down.....
