Waves Hand Car Wash Purley

I did a full Monty car wash here. The full package and it was worth it. The service was amazing and the staff were so friendly. My car looked like it should be on a showroom after it was cleaned. This included washing my seats and carpets. They also polished the outside of my car, which made it look so good. Reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend this car wash

wonderful costumer service. the premium package is very worth it since the car came back both impeccably clean on the inside and outside of the car. the car was smelling very fresh and the costumer service was incredible. my experience here couldn’t have been better i highly recommend!!

Great car wash service, reasonable price and lovely staff!

Not my normal car wash. Thought for the price everything will be spotless still was left with marks on the car. Will never use this car wash again. For £18-25 it’s okay but not for nearly £40

Good service with friendly staff

I visited Waves Car Wash and was disappointed to be charged £20 for a basic outside wash on my Toyota Prius. Upon checking their website later, I noticed they categorize a standard hatchback like a Prius into a higher price bracket (Volume 3). Charging £20 via card for just an exterior clean feels way overpriced compared to the local market average of £7 to £10. The pricing system felt very misleading to me as a customer. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Amazing car wash. My car is now super clean. Everything was cleaned to a high standard. The staff are very friendly, especially the manager. The prices are very reasonable for the hard work they do. Would highly recommend!

Went in for my small car to be washed (similar size to a fiesta). They have 4 tiers, the guy said it was tier 3 of 4. I clarified that it should be tier 2 due to the size, he said no. That would be £40. When I came back a woman took me to pay and said it was in fact tier 2 (£36), the guy tried to correct her but she said no which was good however I won't come back because it felt like he was trying to scam me. No air freshener either.

The manager and staff very friendly and kind they did platinum service for my car they did amazing job the polish was very good. Price are reasonable highly recommended.

Absolutely good people. Made my car amazing. My car fully vomited by customer and im a uber driver. My car they have cleaned inside and outside like a brand new. Thank you guys

Very disappointed with this service. I paid £110 for a full car and upholstery wash, expecting a professional job. Unfortunately, the seats were only cleaned on the surface, while the sides and other areas were still visibly dirty afterwards. There was also still dust left inside the car, which shows how little attention was given to the interior cleaning. When I pointed this out, they came back and tried to clean a few spots, but the overall quality was still very poor. For the price charged, I expected much better attention to detail and proper cleaning. The whole experience felt unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend this car wash. Scam.

Always feel like I have a brand new car when I get my car cleaned here! Super friendly staff and so convenient when you need to do your shopping or pop into town.

Good service, for all times that i've been here they have taken good care of my car

Convenient as you can go and do your shopping while your car is being washed. Always had good service here and wait time has always been 30-45mins even on their busiest days. I have been coming here for a while and will certainly be back!
