Overpriced for the area £25 outside only, dirty cloth used for windows left smears and wheels were not properly washed. Need improvement...

This is the best car wash no doubt.

We expected a quick car wash, but instead it dragged on into a half hour event, for an external wash only. It cost £25 as well. Don’t waste your time or money here, go somewhere else.

Quality has gone down. The guys before the current staff were excellent - detail oriented. Made sure every corner was properly cleaned. Now, the new staff is the opposite. After the whole car (inside and out) was cleaned, I had to point out at so many things that were still dirty. Beats the entire purpose of getting a hand wash and clean at £25

£12 (cash) for a super thorough and speedy car wash (outside only). Will be using these guys every time going forward.

I had a very disappointing experience at a car wash in Mint Auto wash in Coventry Close in Kilburn . The standard price for a regular car wash is advertised as £12/15 , but I was charged £25 after they claimed my car was “too dirty.” What is even more concerning is that they refused to provide a receipt unless I paid an extra £5. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about transparency and legality. I have been using car wash services for years and have never experienced anything like this before. After checking other reviews, I can see that this is not an isolated incident. Many customers report being overcharged in the same way, with unexpected extra fees added …. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid this place.

Worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. Waited a long time in the queue, and when I finally got to the front the staff member was extremely rude. I paid £21 for an “in and out” wash and the car was still dirty afterwards. On top of that, they damaged an interior part of my car and just left it on the rear seat without even saying anything. Absolutely unacceptable service. Avoid this place.

Overpriced car wash. 7 seater car mini valet because i am paying card it is including VAT (when asked no VAT registration number on receipt or given). Cost was £54 but paying cash is £45. The car was not cleaned properly clearly stating on the board upholstery wipe. But everything was still dusty. And then the worker has the decency to open the back seat and find 2 baby seats and proceed to ask me "what's this" like you work in a car wash you should know what they are and why thwre are in the car its a fanily car!

Don’t attempt to that car wash , very dodgie “cleaners” don’t leave stuff in your car it may disappear,
