American Carwash

I came today to the American Carwash in Kilburn with the dirtiest car after having it parked under a tree and then haven’t it moved for 10 days. I left the place with probably having now the cleanest car in London. It took them really an effort and extra work to clean it from all the dirt. Thanks a lot team !!

Awful experience. Never going back. Rushed service with no attention to detail. Interior of car doesnt look anything different to what it was. Shocking and so disapointed.

Incredibly rushed and terrible service – Avoid! This was my third time visiting this car wash, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, but three times in a row is not a coincidence; it’s a pattern of terrible service. Today, they "washed" my car in exactly 1 minute. Yes, you read that right—literally one minute. They just sprayed some water, rushed through it, and called it a day. My car is still dirty, and the lack of effort is honestly insulting for a paying customer. After I complained about this 1-minute rush job, they offered to re-wash it, gave me a discount code for my next visit, and even offered a refund. Honestly, it makes absolutely no sense. I don't want discounts or refunds after the fact; I just want the service I paid for to be done properly the first time. Offering fixes after repeatedly failing just proves they know their standard service is unacceptable. If you actually want your car cleaned and expect even a basic level of care, do not waste your money here. They clearly prefer speed over quality and do not care about customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY SCRATCHED WITH THEIR CLOTHES ZIPPERS. I HAVE SO MANY SCRATCHES ON MY CAR. THEY DONT WASH THE CAR PROPERLY. THEY DONT CARE.

Poor customer service, poor communication, poor service all round. Shame a few guys were quite responsive but the majority really did not want to do their job AT ALL

Very unprofessional carwash. They closed earlier than the time they advertise and they refused me even though I am a regular customer and I only needed to clean the exterior of the car.

Really bad - I wont recommend this place. They dont take their job serious at all. They also have attitude all the time - you feel like they paid you for the car wash not you!

Absolutely dreadful car wash. The people there are clueless, lazy and have absolutely zero concept of cleaning cars properly. Save yourself the hassle and do not go.

Rubbish, waste of time and money. They chat and talk more than actually work. Would definitely not recommend.

Easy going, easy to drive into , 3 cars in front of me seen in minutes, done in minutes , And a good job too . Will be using from now on . Oh and not expensive either .

Great way and price

Wrong opening times arrived at 6:15 was turned away because they “close at 6:30”???? Whats the point in closing times if you dont keep serving customers until the last minute?!

Very awful service paid 20£ for inside and outside when I checked they’re was a lot of rubbish inside de car never ever again and one Somalian guy was on the fone they didn’t even dry properly the car will have to take it to where I normally wash it if I could give 0 star I will wast of money totally rubbish 😡😡😡
