Amazing car wash - great attention to detail

I booked a deep clean service with RB Auto detailing and I was not disappointed. Reza arrived on time and started working hard immediately. I have a 1 Series and it looks better than when I picked it up from the showroom. I am so happy with the service provided and I will be looking to use them on the future for my car. I would recommend them in you need your car cleaned they will make it look brand new.

First time using RB Auto Detailing. Reza was able to accommodate my schedule and location. Excellent attention to detail, car is so clean now, he was able to get to all the areas that others in the past have neglected. Reza worked diligently and meticulously. Extremely happy with the detailing Reza completed including mould and damp removal. Customer service was brilliant, Reza is polite, kind and generous with the level of service for the price. 100% recommend, I will only be using this company now for my car cleaning needs. Please do not waste your time, there are more professional detailers around. I called this service to book as I was having difficulties doing so on the website, I explained that I was getting a 501 error code. I explained to the guy that I had a previous bad experience with a detailer who had not done a good job despite returning for the second time. I was happy to pay £130 as quoted and had asked if I could pay in cash on arrival. He agreed. The service was booked in for the following 2 days. I sent a WhatsApp on the Friday to make sure he would still be coming as I noticed that the opening time was different to the slot I had been given for the Saturday. The guy rudely answered the phone and said he was busy and I should WhatsApp him. That was the 1st red flag. I whatsapped him with all the confirmation details that should have been sent to me. He then asked if I could send him pictures???? I had a long conversation with him on the Thursday. 2nd red flag. I have mobility issues which I had explained and live in a high rise block and would have difficult getting downstairs to take the pictures and my son was not home from work. I sent him a picture of 1 of my chairs, explained my mobility issues and asked him to let me know if he wasn’t able to come anymore because I would have to phone around. He completely ignored my disability and advised me to do so. He actually did me a favour, if a detailer is good at their job they would be confident. It’s very possible like a lot of reviews that his have been paid for so please be aware. He did me a huge favour as I found another detailer who did a fantastic job (ZUS). I highly recommend them if you are looking for a pleasant, professional and friendly service who acknowledges disability's as well.

Reza was recommended to me as someone who would do a very good job on a terrible spillage stain i had in my car. Not only has he done a brilliant detailing job on my car he went above and beyond with the problem and has completely removed the evidence in the car. My car looks as though it has come off the Showroom forecourt Thank you Reza.

Excellent job in cleaning my Jeep inside and out (I chose the Exclusive Deeper clean package), from the engine to the wheels to the full leather interior. I also added on the polishing service which made surface scratches disappear. The car is gleaming and looks like new. I am confident the fantastic service will help me secure a good price for my car. My neighbours came by asking for the company’s details as they were so impressed by the level of service and great work. really recommend it Thanks again!
