Very unwelcoming staff unfortunately. The meal deal section isn’t signed well so ended up wasting a whole bunch of time. It shouldn’t be too hard for a smile!

24-hour Shell petrol station that features the 24-hour sit-in Subway restaurant. The staff at this location consistently greet customers with a smile and make a genuine effort to brighten the day, which makes a wonderful difference when starting an early commute. Additionally, I always find the petrol station itself to be exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The team members at this site are an absolute credit to Shell, and the company should be proud to employ such wonderful people.

About two months ago, I filled up my car at this petrol station. My car is a 2015 Jeep Cherokee 2.2 Diesel with a factory 60-litre fuel tank. Somehow, the pump showed 62.4 litres added. When I questioned the attendant, explaining that the tank capacity from factory is only 60 litres, he told me it was “because of the cold weather.” I just smiled, paid, and thought to myself that I simply wouldn’t refuel there again. Very strange experience.

I recently visited this gas station and tried to use the official Shell mobile app to pay. I selected the pump, authorized the payment, and the app said I was ready to fill up, but nothing happened. The staff told me without even caring they no longer accept mobile payments because sometimes they don’t receive them. It was frustrating and confusing to have the app say one thing while the station’s policy had changed. Worth mentioning that week prior I paid through the app.

I ordered subway yesterday there and been really sick.

On December 3, 2025, at 23:38, I attempted to purchase coffee and was informed by a staff member that they do not sell coffee at this time. Other Shell stations offer coffee services beyond this hour, which makes this situation particularly frustrating and reflects a lack of consideration from the employee.

I am a regular customer and use the pay at pump service always. Recently on 12th of November, early morning, somehow their servers were slow and the max authorised pre payment was taken, not the amount I fuelled. I contacted the customer service team 3 times already, without any reply, I will not use this fuel station again. After I contacted Shell directly, they said, I needed to contact the fuel pump directly. I already left my name and number with the customer service representative. No reply yet. Day 3.

Staff at shell are rude and very impolite.. They make me want to vote for reform party... This is england not little india and i am indian... Rude..

Do not ever buy any iPhone cables or adapters from this branch. I bought one and it became faulty in a few days. I don’t live nearby so took me couple weeks to try to have an exchange. They refused to help me and their Manager kept me on a call with him for nearly 25 minutes to tell me he cannot do anything about it!!!!

Very rude service, condescending attitude, and disrespectful behavior from the staff—absolutely not recommended. I refuel regularly once a week, but I will never return to this fuel station again.

I'm a loyal customer of shell since 2010 I'm used to getting petrol from this store it's. Genuinely good compared to other petrol ststions

I'm a customer and I went to refuel. They didn't give me the reward, they didn't validate the transaction, since the last one is on the 24th, and I was left without the offer and without even one trip to Shell via the app. And they still tell me to go there tomorrow and they'll give me the pills, lol. shame of service

All petrol pumps /service stations that are 24 hours should be legally required to have bathrooms available for travellers, this one has a Costa and a subway, but no loo, ridiculous, staff friendly tho, also finally shell has terrible points/reward system,

Unhelpful staff. Not gonna go there again.
