Massive thank you to FAW Customs for the amazing work carried out on my car. From start to finish the professionalism, communication and overall service were exceptional. I came to them after some genuinely horrendous previous work elsewhere and they completely revived the car. The difference in quality, care and attention to detail was obvious straight away. Work carried out included gloss black front grille chrome delete, black exhaust tip paint, brake caliper refinishing/paint, full factory wheel refurbishment, rear debadge, rear spoiler installation, light smoke rear light tint, ceramic coating and a full interior & exterior detail — all completed to a very high standard. A special mention to Jake as well, who handled everything brilliantly throughout the process. Always kept me updated, took the time to explain things properly and made the whole experience smooth from beginning to end. A true genuine guy who clearly cares about both the work and the customer experience. Everything was explained properly, aftercare advice was great, and it never felt like a “pay and go” service. Proper genuine people that take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

I recently had my brand new Tesla Model Y wrapped in XPEL satin PPF, and I’m genuinely so pleased with how it turned out. The finish looks incredible and has completely transformed the look of the car while giving it the protection I wanted. FAW Customs did an incredible job on my BMW, and I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process. A special mention must go to Jake, who took the time to explain each stage of the work clearly and kept me regularly updated with short WhatsApp videos showing the progress being made. This level of communication provided real reassurance that the car was in excellent hands. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish - I was even given a lift to the station after dropping the car off. The quality of the finished result exceeded my expectations, and I would have no hesitation in recommending FAW Customs to anyone looking for high-quality detailing, paint correction, wheel refurbishment or bodywork renovation. An incredibly belated note of sincere gratitude to FAW Customs and in particular Jake who has offered so much assistance over the past Year. I’ve paid numerous visits since I discovered them last Summer having historically used another company for detailing / PPF / and general upkeep. I only wish I’d found these guys sooner. Better late than never, I will never use another company again. From the initial introductory call with Jake the service and knowledge has been truly exceptional. His advice has been invaluable and his passion for what he does is infectious. Jake has assisted me now with two cars and soon a third, primarily with detailing but also wheel refurbishments, cosmetics and balancing. The advice he provides is detailed, honest and never anything less than 100pc correct and I trust him implicitly with my cars (less so his football knowledge!) The quality of work at FAW Customs is genuinely on par, arguably superior, to some supposed ‘bigger’ names in the space and I would urge anyone who hasn’t already used them to give them a buzz. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Thanks Jake for all the help with paint imperfections / walloped alloys / tyres / spoilers / decals / numerous queries and who-knows-what else you’ve assisted with. Absolutely outstanding experience with FAW. I genuinely feel like I got back a completely different car, what a level of transformation! The finish, depth of the paint, attention to the interior, and all the little details completely exceeded my expectations. The car looks and feels stunning, almost like a new car again. A huge thank you to Jake as well. He was incredibly professional and passionate throughout the whole process, and you can tell immediately that he genuinely cares about the work he does. He’s extremely detailed, took time to explain things properly, answered all my questions, and clearly has very high standards. It never felt like “just another booking”; it felt like my car was being looked after by someone who actually takes pride in getting everything right. Really grateful for the care and effort put into it. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

I have used FAW Customs on two occasion now. Firstly to apply a full Paint Film Protection to my Porsche 992. This was fitted perfectly including some w Tara option under their brilliant advice to ensure the c car stays protect around the wheel arches. Whilst it was in we discussed also adding a little Custom paint finish to the rear diffuser which is Matt plastic from factory. PIotr is incredibly knowledgeable and flexible and the upgraded look is brilliant. This week, FAW were asked to complete a deep cleanse to the wheels to remove some brake fluid spilled at a Service Garage. They deep cleaned the wheels, applied ceramic coating, painted the Wheel Hubs to match the wheels and finally balanced all of the wheels on their Hunter machine. THe wheels are as new and I know that I will get far better life and feel from the tyres now that they are balanced. THanj you Piotr and team.
