Woodstock Motors - Car Sales & Valeting

My car was recovered to Woodstock Motors after I broke down. I found them to be professional friendly and honest. They kept me informed about the progress of my repair and had my car done the same day. It'd hard to find a decent local garage and this one is exactly that. Cannot thank them enough for the speedy professional service.

Repaired dent and scratches on my beloved Audi convertible perfectly at reasonable price. Mark and Mike perfect gentlemen to deal with. Good to know they do other stuff as well. Goodbye Audi main dealers!

I saw this place advertising for free accident repair quotes and decided to see how "free" they were as I'd a little damage to my car. I sent images and Meraz replied with alot of detail and helpful advise. At no time did he moan about doing a quote eventhough I'd not committed to having the repairs done by this company. He found the parts, estimated the repair very accurately, and emailed it to me. Even afterwards I was not pressured into using their company with a bombardment of emails. Honestly people, this was so refreshing and shows a confident honest team. I eventually sent my car to Mercedes to be repaired due to the deal they offered, but I cannot recommend this company more highly. Wonderful. And thank you.

Very poor service. I called AA for road side assistance. Apparently Woodstock motors are their contractors. There was a guy named Anthony who came to change my flat tyre. At first he said he would not do it as I have a van and that is commercial. Then after showing him proof that my membership covers my van he asked me to open the back to see if the van is loaded so he can find an excuse. When he saw it is empty he said I am not changing the tyre as I don’t have the right jack for it and then he left. After one hour an half waiting on the road I had to wait for another one hour and half to get another driver to come and help! Very disappointing. I attaching Anthony’s vehicle’s picture to this comment so you can avoid him or his company.

I contacted Woodstock Motors today to view a car that I intended to buy, the agent told me that the car could be viewed on the same day and I will be contacted back soon by one of his colleagues to arrange the hours. Because I didn’t hear back from them for about 3 hours I called in at 5pm and asked if I could still see the car as I won’t be able to come by another day. When I told them that it would take me about an hour and 20mins to get there, they said that they’re closing at 6 and by the time I would get there, everyone would be gone. I asked if anyone could wait for me for 20 minutes because I would like to buy the car and waited 3 hours to be contacted back but they told me they are sorry…so, I am also sorry to leave a one star review after this experience

I was finding it tricky replacing the front wiper blades and took the car to Woodstock Motors, my normal servicers. Although it was Easter, a charming young man, Jake, did the job in about 10 seconds. I'm really grateful, although I feel a bit stupid.

Who ever you had on your night shift to Ealing today really need training as they’ve got a thuggish attitude.

Waited for 2 hours, didn’t get any update and was being rude by telling me to cancel the job and saying I was being abusive after he said it will be another 2 hours. AA need to sort themselves out and use professional contractors

Bought a Mini today from Mark and the team. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Great garage and I’m sure I’ll be back in touch when I need another decent car!

My motorcycle broke down and had to quickly find a place to tow it to the shop for me. Godfrey arrived right on the dot and was the nicest person! I got my motorcycle towed and had a great chat on the way to the shop :) Nice people and solid service ❤️

To put it in one word all I can say is that my breakdown assistance experience with Woodstock Motors was flawless. Five stars for Stanley and his colleague who came out to me last night. Very friendly and helpful. They took a lot of stress away trying to cheer me up. My knowledge of cars is limited but they made me feel calm and relaxed. Super organised and professional, happy to assist with any awkward questions I had. Yessss I got home safe and sound and I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend to use or try their services. I broke down today on the m25 on the hard shoulder with a puncture. 25mins after I called the AA, Akie came to collect me. What a gentleman and great service - he knew I was trying to rush off and get to Wembley for the game. He was quick, super friendly, helpful and sourced a tyre place on route that he was able to drop me to and get a new tyre. I made it to the game thanks to him! Thanks a lot for your help Akie!
