I took my car to be washed today, they did a great job, I liked it very much, but my favourite was the Turkish boy there, I liked his work very much☺️

Customer service was excellent, and the team was friendly and welcoming. However, the quality of the cleaning both inside and out was disappointing. The interior cleaning was particularly poor, and I had to redo it myself at home as many areas were still dirty. Although the staff member was pleasant, it felt as though there was little attention to detail or care taken with the work. The job was not completed to a satisfactory standard, yet there was a clear rush to leave without ensuring the cleaning was properly done. ( new lady that join the team) I gave this cleaning service several chances, but unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I had my car washed here recently, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I arrived, the team was polite, professional, and clearly took pride in what they do. They didn’t just do a quick wash and move on. If you’re looking for a place that delivers excellent results and genuinely professional service, I can confidently recommend this car wash. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I took my Range Rover to this car wash after being told a certain price, which I agreed to before they started. However, once the job was done, the worker asked me to pay much more than the price I was originally quoted. I tried to explain the situation, but there was a communication issue since they didn’t speak much English. On top of that, they left scratch marks on my car, likely because they used dirty sponges and cloths. The entire wash — inside and out — took less than 10 minutes, which shows how rushed and careless the service was. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

let me tell you a little story about this place about this car wash. Let’s say I feel very sorry for the employers there whoever is employed as the manager is changing the employers every two weeks you seen New faces unfortunately he doesn’t pay them by the looks of it spoken to one of those guys he said he’s underpaid and he’s about to leave. I feel very sorry for them that you have to see every single one of them going. A new face is arriving each time . I have for a quick wash as I’ve seen it a new place the staff were very friendly however one creepy old man came there. I hope he’s not one of the manager there that he’s starving his employees and he said to me after he wash my car you have to be paying more because your car is too dirty. . That was very strange as I paid for the £22 one so he charged me £38 he said next time it will be back to normal. I was like okay. So after sometime I came there my second time he was not there so they charged me only £22. The third time I came there he was there again the little small man with white grey hair I hope he’s not one of the managers there by the looks of it . So at the end of the wash on my third time he said to me you have to charge him £28 because his car was dirty again . I was very surprised that he overcharging his customers by the dirt of the car that’s kind of disgusting. I have been driven over.20 years I have never experienced such a disgust and greedy person opening a car wash. so I said to him no I will not pay you. You can have your £22 on what it says on your board and I will go away and I will never come to your place again. . (warming ) Whoever will go there, double ask how much he is gone charge u as he charges if car is dirty more He should have that status on a piece of paper on his board or on his forehead . I would recommend you guys to go to somewhere else at the end of the day they didn’t even wash my car when you see the little man there with white grey hair short around 5 foot five make sure you ask him how much he will charge you to wash your car before he over charge . and also I wanted to let you know that he is very greedy. He uses socks and children clothes to wash your car. I have seen a black bag full with children unwanted clothes from the charity which they cut and reuse which is a bit disgusting also laundry please be careful guys where you’re washing your car.

I genuinely don’t trust anyone else with my car now. The clean is always immaculate - inside and out - and it feels more like a mini valet than just a standard wash. The attention to detail is spot on, and the car always comes out gleaming. Service is friendly, consistent, and professional. Highly recommend.
