Not impressed, you could still see dirt on the window screen, and the marks were the wipers go. The rest of the car didn’t look that great, still had cobwebs round the wing mirrors Would not recommend

Thius used to me a good place but I think now under new people. Very dissapointing valet this week - bits missed - water marks - even left a cobweb on the wing mirror...

I visited in advance to get a quote for polishing our Motorhome and showed them a photo of it but when we arrived to have it done they refused to do it!

I wash my car today and I was very happy the guys there is very friendly and nice and clean place. The good part is you have many choices for your car tiers and mot service.

Auto Care got our two cars valeted quickly and professionally. They did a really great job and we will be using them again.

Just had my car cleaned inside and out - £40 for a mid sized suv, and it was excellent value for money! When I arrived I had a quick chat, telling the guy what I'd like and he quoted me the price. 40 minutes later, with enough time to nip to get a coffee and some cash out (seats available inside if you just want to just hang around) and my car was ready and waiting, looking like it had just come off the production line! This isn't the first time I've been here, I've popped along several times a year for the last 2/3 years.. and every time a great experience. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else, friendly and efficient service 👏👌

On the 29th July 2025 I put my car in for a valet and wash. I came back to collect my car and was given back my key fob. It was covered in corrosive gunk and gummed up. It was in perfect condition when I gave it to them. I was accused of somehow putting superglue on it while in their charge. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility. It has taken until today to get a replacement for this and a lot of time, effort and money. I hate leaving reviews like this but I don't want you to suffer in the way I have. See attached picture of the the key fob they damaged and returned to me, and the replacement key fob I got.

I was delivering a new car in the area and so wanted to get it washed before meeting the customer. I found this place and wish I hadn’t! A quick and poorly done outside wash was £17!! I didn’t realise how bad it was til I got to the customer. I’ve had far better washes for half the price recently.

Great job , and at least £10 cheaper than the place on Ipswich road

My VW Golf had a few stains on the black upholstery which Autocare removed efficiently and at a fair price. I’d use them again.

Excellent clean car and great location

First time of using this place. My car had just spent a muddy and mucky week in the Peak District. The guys here did a great job inside and out. I can’t remember when I last saw the car so clean. Will definitely be back.

Arrived there 20mins before closing but they were happy to wash my car, didn't rush the job and were very thorough. I only had the basic hand car wash but the guys made my car look brand new, fantastic job. Well worth the money, good value and professional finish, will definitely go there in future.

Amazing car wash. The car was pretty dirty to begin with and they did an awesome job. Very skilled and professional, and quite quick for both interior and exterior cleaning. I highly recommend it!

Always quick but good results

I recently visited this car wash centre and opted for their most basic service, which included a simple wash and dry. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. They began with a quick spray of pre-wash liquid, followed immediately by soap water that seemed more like plain water — it lacked the expected amount of cleaning agent to be effective. The cleaning and drying process was particularly poor. After reaching home, I noticed soap residue still left on the front bumper grille, indicating a rushed and incomplete job. Despite the minimal effort, I was charged £17 for this service — a price that’s hard to justify given the results. For comparison, the automated wash at BP just near by offers a more thorough clean for just £8. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are far better options available for less money.
