Morrisons Automatic Car Wash

I was there for the last time. And I was a regular customer. I arrived at 8:15 on 23/03/22 I asked if I could wash the car one of the employees (I have never seen him before) said that not yet. And send me wait in the parking. So I did it without any problems, he lit a cigarette and sat down. I don't have a problem with that, I smoke myself too. Aftet 10 minutes of waiting a very nice lady came and did the same, she asked if she could wash the car? And what happened, of course, no problem, they let her in, Ok ladies first. He washed her car then he called me, asked what I wanted to do , I said wash and dry only. He “washed” the car, he told me to put it aside, he didn't like how I put the car, so he told me to position myself again. Very unpleasant guy with a cigarette in his mouth all the time when he started wiping the car he opened the passenger door and says 15. (a week ago I paid 10) Ok cost of living increases no problem. He closed the door, his very nice friend coworker told me to wait a moment longer and he made me tires with liquid to make them shiny. What exactly do I mean? It’s all about this unpleasant guy! He treated me as if he was doing me a grace to wash my car. By the way, after all, I stopped at a self-service car wash - and in my mind the car was not washed at all, ignoring the fact that I have a glass instead of a hard roof, so I can see everything. I am not one of those people who complain and with me it is a very simple matter. Once you do something wrong, that's all about it. They will never see me again ...

Terrible car wash

It’s very sad that am in que with 7 to 8 cars in front I thought it fast but its not. I was in in the line for more than a hour use your own jet wash or go some where else if you see the more cars in front. Very bad experience🥹

Was my go-to car wash for years. Good value and did a great job. A new franchisee has just taken over and raised all the prices. Now not so great value, so will be looking elsewhere. Why do people always have to get greedy? 😒

Fast nad easy was!

Had my car washed, polished and valeted today. It was a great service and car is sparkling. Really friendly and helpful guy. Well worth the money

Great standard of cleaning inside and out at fair prices. I've used them a few times now and they have been trustworthy and reliable. Useful location to leave vehicle and do a little shopping or take a coffee in retail park, while the guy's do their magic
