Very rude guy that worked in there tonight I only came in to buy a bottle of drink and as I was told to hurry up and leave as the guy needed the toilet, I was the only one in there he could of waited a minute or two. He definitely needs a lesson on how to talk to customers. Very angry and disappointed

I used the car wash on Saturday night and now my car's windows have scratches! The car wash has a sign that they don't make themselves responsible for any damage, but surely it shouldn't be normal!

Racist night staff refuses to top up my Electricity on Paypoint being very aggressive saying they don’t do it! When I complained to him he started to be racist and walked away sticking his middle finger at me! I know they do Paypoint topup as I’ve used it there for the last 8 years!

Used the car wash and got no shampoo. Complained to the attendant but he didn’t seem to care. Paid for a second wash and got shampoo the second time but it didn’t dry my car properly. Poor wash and unhelpful rude guy.

No fuel so its basically a giant paperweight

Twice on the trot I've walked up there to get milk, and both times the milk has been off.....think I'll get in car and go to thickthorn instead

The lady behind the counter is unhelpful almost can’t be bothered. Very poor service. Expected better from BP!!

Staff allways helpful and polite

Went in to fill up fuel and then went to pump up my tyres, I went in to complain that the machine wasnt working and was told they had never had any other complaints and I must have done something wrong! How could I have possibly done anything wrong you absolute moron, I put my money in and the tyre pump didn't work!! Anyway I waited outside for him to come and sort the issue out at which point he told me I was lying about putting money in the machine and then said "if I put a pound in the machine and it works you must have done something wrong".. Wont be coming back you absolute d**khead

My call in on the way to work. Good for lunch bits and general groceries. Good parking, always clean and tidy.

Staff are polite and friendly, tho price of diesel 193.6 a litre, feel if been mugged......

Dropped off a couple of parcels here and filled up with fuel. The attendant (Jay) was friendly and helpful. Pumps are quite quick, despite being the older style. Be careful of the 15 minute maximum time limit. Fuel prices competitive but shop expensive and quite basic.

Was good me and the 2 guys that switch have a friend ship I go in there so much 🤣

Went though the drive though car wash and missed wheels so done again same missed wheel told guy in shop he said I must of moved even tho car was off and I just left

Rude staff, pretty sure he tried to scan his own rewards card in for my fuel rewards, dodgy as, won't be back there.

Went in to get a slushi ask the shop attendant if I could use my re usable cup they said no which was fine but once I had filled up the cup they provided he continued to shout at me telling me not to bring a re usable cup into the store again as if it was a crime once questioned he continued to shout and say it's due to potential shop lifters we are well presented and in our mid 30s so questioned why he thought we could be shop lifting after asking permission and he continued to shout me out of the shop.
