ICC Inter Car Cleaning

I had my car cleaned and paid an extra £10 to have it ‘deep cleaned’. The car had been neglected and as we have a hosepipe ban, I decided to use this service. Upon return it looked very good, however, once in the light you could see only half the dashboard had been wiped, all the side pockets hadn’t been touched although empty, half the hoovering was missed and strangely, only three of the four wheels were cleaned. Definitely not worth the money.

My partner had her car cleaned here and was charged £40, She's much more forgiven than me but the standard was awful! Water marks everywhere, The worst part was the smell in the car the very next day! They must of used dirty old water to clean the seats, It smelt vile! Avoid these guys!

Terrible service, didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Terrible job cleaning the car inside and outside.

Honestly worst car wash ever! charged £45 for me to come back to dirty car! If I could give less than 1 star I would . If I took pictures of all the mess in the car that I just got washed for £45 I’d be here till tomorrow. Avoid avoid. Hayvan

I had my car cleaned there two months ago and their service was not up to par with their prices, but I went there again on March 8th and the prices have normalized. The workers have changed and the service has improved.

WARNING: Same company in Castle Mall Car Park 2. We had the EXACT same experience on 22nd Feb as the other poster here, despite going for a lower level. Proves that the levels mean nothing. Cobwebs left on mirrors, dashboard still dusty, boot untouched, scratch added to drivers door. The sole worker present was rude and careless with the cars. Arrived around 3pm, told we'd be back by 5pm, but he'd barely started cleaning by 5:10pm (there was only 1 other car when we left and arrived). Nearly lost our restaurant table as a result. Borderline scam - AVOID!

Just had a car wash 22nd Feb 25, cost £50 (SUV) size platinum service, and feels like we had a quick wash and vaccum. Terrible service, would not recommend, half the dash board was cleaned, lots missed inside and out. Save your money.

Got charged 75 for an inside and out on my tiny Hyaundai I10. They then started handing cash back to me when i went to pay. Really sketchy and not a nice experience
