Very, Very poor service. Uncleaning properly the car. They take your money and the car is in a disgusting condition. Disgusting behavior and excuses that they are short staffed. I will never take my car there NEVER AGAIN.

Very graciously accepted a last min platinum clean at the end of the day - car is spotless! Super pleased.

Sadly won’t be back, they scraped my car and didn’t bother saying anything. I didn’t notice till I was home.

Very pleasant and hard working staff. Reasonable price and excellent results. I'm surprised at a couple of the negative reviews on Google and my experience suggests that they're not to be trusted. Just make sure you have time as they're often very busy, which should tell you all you need to know.

First and last time I’ll ever use them. Paid for an exterior wash and they have left dirt patches on different parts of the car. The wheels they had left really dirty, I had to take the car home and finish cleaning it. Just terrible

I’m a bit torn writing this review, because for the most part, this place does a good job — but on the other hand, the staff behaviour is a bit… unprofessional. (All captured on internal dash-cam since they seemed to forget it was there) The positives first, because credit where it’s due. The staff are friendly to talk to and interact with, and the actual wash itself is done to a solid standard. My car looked great afterwards and I was genuinely happy with the finish. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop. They offer a £5 wiper fluid top-up as an added extra, supposedly using low-temperature resistant fluid so it doesn’t freeze during the winter months. What you actually get is water mixed with a bit of window cleaner. If you’re charging extra for a specific product, you should probably use that product — not a DIY cocktail that’ll freeze as soon as the temp drops a couple degrees. When paying, they said I have to pay cash only as they don’t take card. However, they have a working card reader which can be clearly seen in their booth just sat there and someone paid with card immediately after me.. so, not sure what that was about. More importantly, there’s a complete lack of respect for customers’ cars and belongings. One staff member decided that while sitting in my car while it was being cleaned, he’d: • Change the radio settings (thanks, I didn’t like them the way I left them anyway) • Vape large clouds of his crap inside the car as if it were his own personal hot box • Help himself to my glasses and wear them — not just on his eyes, but around his mouth and under his nose, which is particularly charming when the level of sniffing and snorting you’re doing implies you’re likely somewhat ill. While it seemed to be a bit of fun and not intended to be malicious, this isn’t “friendly” behaviour — it’s just disrespectful. A customer’s car isn’t suddenly the staffs car cause they’re sat in it, and the customers personal items definitely aren’t communal property for you to play dress up with - Mr Champagne Lover! (He’ll know what I mean!) In summary, If you want a decent clean and don’t mind your car being treated like a borrowed hoodie at a house party or a fancy dress shop with your possessions being the props, you’ll probably be fine. Unsure if this is an isolated incident or they do this with everyone’s stuff - but something to be aware of.

Don't bother , save your money, charged £50 for inside and out and I could have done better myself, dash wasn't cleaned at all and they missed bits on the outside of the car

Tried to charge me for a large vehicle for my small Kia Nero and then did a really poor job. I had to go home and finish cleaning it. Be careful, ask the price first and check they have cleaned everything as on the price list. You get better service and value from the one on dereham road. They are fast and do an excellent job for less money.

Absolutely amazing, hadn't cleaned it properly in ages and they did an amazing job inside and out in great time!! Good price for the brilliant service too!
