Busy car wash, they work quickly to get through all cars but it does mean quality of the wash isn’t always 5 star. If you see a spot missed point it out and they’ll happily go over it. Reasonably priced if you haven’t got time to wash it yourself, will return if needs be but prefer to clean myself

I drive a Mercedes E-Class and my car was very dirty, so I took it to Waves Hand Car Wash for a full inside and outside clean. I’m really happy with the service I received. The team did an amazing job and the results were excellent — my car looks spotless and feels like new again. It was definitely worth the price. Alan and his team were absolutely professional, friendly, and very thorough with their work. You can tell they take pride in what they do. A big thank you to all of them for the great service. I would highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a proper, high-quality clean. I will definitely be coming back again.

The service was excellent from start to finish, and the results were honestly outstanding. My car was cleaned inside and out to a very high standard — it now looks and feels like a brand-new vehicle. I usually go to park street car wash who charge £25 for inside and out. I was around the area and looked at the great reviews, I decided to spend a bit more and try this out. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The man charges £45 and took 30mins. The quality of the job was so poor. I was eager to get home and when I looked closer it had: - dirt around the door/boot trims - boot had not been vacuumed at all - there were specs of crumbs around the car Needless to say I won’t be using this again.

They tried to intimidate me to pay a higher price then quoted. I asked before how much one of the men asked in and out i said just out he quoted £16 or £20 with wax. So I said £20 is fine On returning to my car they were cleaning inside they said its all finished they had taken everything out of my car and put it in the boot even the kids car seats. I didn't want the inside cleaned because I didn't want them moving all our stuff. When I handed the man £20 he said no its £35 and would not give me my keys i said but I asked and was told £20 for outside. He said but we did in and out. I walked off as my car was unlocked loaded my shopping and put my child in the car then went back and asked for my keys. He continued to try to intimidate me in to paying but I stood firm eventually he gave me my keys. I will not be recommending this car was to anyone and will make sure I warn others I wonder how many women they have scammed this way?

Expensive and careless, my car is full with scratches from them and I mean full! Avoid at all cost!
