I recently bought the "platinum service" and was very satisfied. The inside and outside of the car was cleaned thoroughly which was useful, as I was selling my car.

Wish I’d looked at the reviews before wasting my time and money here. The staff are very rude, it’s almost like you’re unconvincing them. I paid £22 for the worst hand wash I have ever seen, dirty drips on every panel, all windows smeared and it looks like they couldn’t even be bothered to bend down and clean near the bottom of each panel. I then needed to spend almost an hour at home finishing off the poor job they started. Do not give these people any of your money, there are much better options in Horsham.

I paid £35 for my car to be cleaned inside and out. It still had bird poop on it and the inside wasn’t cleaned very well. The front screen had smears and I had to re-do them when I got home.

The worst service I have ever received. Car was still filthy inside and out! Dirt on exterior plastics. Interior still dusty (could run my finger along it and collect with ease). Paid for a gold service. Attendant become angry and accused me of being racist because I didn't like the work he'd done! Refused refund. Shouted and swore at me. Avoid!!

I do go to waves fairly often. The last two times they haven’t done the best job on the interior. Disappointing

Charged £35 for a well below standard clean inside and out. Lots of bits missed and interior not clean at all. Could tell it was end of day and staff just wanted to go home. Won’t be returning I am afraid. Happens too often here

I own a hose and my car was filthy. What a transformation. Fantastic service, highly recommend as my car looks brand new. Will definitely return.

Terrible. £30 for a car wash and the car was still filthy inside afterwards. Took them about 20 mins. No attention to detail. Really poor. Would not recommend.

Friendly, fast, and responsive to some of the extra requests I had. We keep coming back to these folks. The car always looks great inside and out!

Not worth it! Not really sure how people are marking this more than 1* 🤣 Waited 35 mins for them to clean my car, £17 for bronze hoping it would maybe be a little quicker but hey yo. Came back and paid. I then properly looked in the carpark and so much dirt was still on it. I questioned the worker and asked for a rag myself so I can wipe it. He brought a bottle spray and rag and re wiped and said this is tar and I need to pay extra? This was not tar it was dust or mud! Kept making me feel stupid saying ‘darling’ like I’m being fussy. Drove off but as I got home can see the poor job. So wont be going back again. Wheels still dirty, front bonnet has bird poo on.
