It was ok. You get what you pay for! Female member of staff was quite rude other than that the car was cleaned to a reasonable standard. Would I return? if I was desperate.

Won’t Be Returning I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unsettling enough to speak up—especially as a warning to solo female customers. From the moment we arrived, the process was unclear. Staff gave no explanation, just shouted instructions. At one point, a man aggressively yelled at me, accusing me of breaking a machine, even though I was just following directions. It was intimidating and left me visibly shaken. A female staff member later apologized and was kind, which I appreciated, but the damage was done. Something inside the car was of sentimental value was broken, and the clean wasn’t thorough. The pricing was clear, but everything else—from communication to customer service—needs serious improvement. I won’t be going back

Quite annoyed that the first bloke snapped off my fuel cap off (its a lockable fuel cap) the guy was so desperate to clean behind the fuel cap he yanked it open snapping the entire fuel cap bracket, costing me £80 to replace. Having already explained before he began jet washing my car that it auto locks the fuel cap, so do not try opening it!! They didn’t give a toss, pretending to not understand BASIC ENGLISH. So a £10 car wash cost me £90 in total.

Shocking service - mentioned to the young lady who works there that I wasn't happy with the clean last time. At the end she charged me 10 quid more - i asked why as I wasn't happy. The manager/owner started shouting at me, told me to leave and never come back. Disgusted

Very poor experience. Please don’t waste your money. Spend £30 to get my car cleaned and this is what the output was. When I pointed out this to the car cleaner and he said you have to pay extra for this. I asked him to proceed and than he said we don’t do bonnet. Please don’t take your car to this car wash. They should shout it down

Was the first one there so they may have been tired but the service was dreadful. Had to ask them to redo the seats. Paid to upgrade to the full premium service and still had dirt marks on the door after they had finished. They apologised only for me to find food that had been left in the glove box and obvious stains on the dashboard that were not properly wiped down or hoovered up. When they complained that its not dirt and couldnt be cleaned, i showed them with their own rag that it could be! I should've demanded a refund tbh

£40 mini valet absolute joke 15 minutes finished and this is the result What a waste of money looked ok wet inside and out but check this out when it dried

This is what they think clean is! When questioned they said I needed to pay more to get it cleaned. Won't be returning and you should save your money.

0 STARS ! Clearly states that small car wash outside is £12. I used to pay £12 and sometimes they say £10. Today went to get my car washed and they said it’s £14. They just make up numbers and staff are rude and just shout instructions which don’t even make sense. Better cleaning car yourself or putting it through a machine car wash like shell or IMO. Usually leave tips aswell but Very bad customer service. Will Not be returning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Extremely bad experience. The staff damaged my car during the wash and when I pointed it out, the boss became very rude and aggressive instead of taking responsibility. He kept saying, “What are you trying to do? That’s not happening here,” and refused to even check the damage. What made it worse is that they still expected me to pay for the wash after damaging my car. Completely unprofessional behaviour and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place.

Great but they need to spend more time on interior

It's not a hand wash rather a machine car wash which i don't like and but expensive. Never recommend for this place in hirsham I'm new so by chance ended up withi place. I'll appreciate if anyone can give directions to a manual car wash in surrounding areas.

I’ve seen some negative reviews about the lack of hand car washing, but I am a long-standing customer and whenever I bring my old Porsche they clean it by hand and do a thoroughly intensive job on it. My wife’s X5 is usually filthy and I’m always happy with the results but I do agree that the word hand wash may need a rethink ! It’s a great, good value resource and as long as it’s not too busy, I think you get a fantastic job!

This place used to be great. Just got home after spend £18 the place was empty so lots of staff around, in there around 8 minutes, my wheels are still dirty. No care given to they are supposed to be cleaning my van. Tried to tell me they only take cash, untill i said i dont have cash as they usually take card, then card card machine appears. Last time i go to this place.
