I love the place. They are always quick and professional, good price as well. I always go back to them and they give me advice as well of how to look after my car.

I’m a regular customer at this car wash and have used it many times without issue, which makes today’s experience particularly disappointing. The usual staff were not there and the service was being carried out by different people, and unfortunately the difference in quality was obvious. I specifically asked for and paid £30 in cash for the interior and exterior wash. I was asked to pay in cash, which I was already uncomfortable with, but went ahead as requested. When I got home and had a proper look at the car, it was clear the job had been rushed. The car was not properly cleaned, with obvious areas missed, and the overall standard was nowhere near what I would expect for the price paid. The customer service was also poor throughout. What is most concerning, however, is that after already paying £30 in cash, I have since noticed an additional £14 charge taken from my debit card account linked to Waves, despite not authorising any further payment. As a regular customer, this is really disappointing and concerning. Poor quality service is one thing, but unexplained charges on top of a cash payment is completely unacceptable. I have raised this formally and hope it is resolved quickly, but based on this experience I would be very cautious about returning.

They jetwashed the edges of the inside of the doors, making my car and my belongings all wet. They were rude when I asked them about why everything was wet inside.

Really disappointed! Paid £30 for the bronze wash and there were so many areas still with dirt on, including one of my wheels that wasn't even washed. I'm taking my car back to complain as I didn't notice most of the stuff missed until I got home (5 mins away on open road). I will post pictures of my car, if this is not resolved. My car was detailed on the 15/12/2025.

Terrible car wash. Told me car was finished, wheels not cleaned and had to remind them about the tyre dressing when then then got all over the wheels. Didn’t bother with glass clean either. Think they are not used to customers waiting for car be cleaned most their customer go do shopping and just jump straight back into car assuming it all been done. I do not recommend!

Please, please be aware took my brand-new Land Rover to this place to be washed went and had something to eat with my kids came out to find a big scratch on the rear door. My Car was six days old. They told me come back the following Wednesday when the boss was in, he would wind back the cameras and just played Dumb to the whole situation and told me it was not them. It’s not their problem and leave their car wash down to the cleaning they’ve given him my brand-new car wasn’t even a decent job so I’ll be very aware of these guys.

After several satisfactory years of using Crawley , this is my last. Paid fee before returning to car which was parked very close to trollies with driver door agap and water flowing down interior. The handbrake was off and in 5th gear which jump started into a trolley causing denting. The indifference of management was they 'were busy and is my fault. I feel theyre employees should realize the legalities and of course expense to customers and ultimately WAVES. I will clean my car from now on.

All I can say is thank you guys. No matter what I'll never get my car washed anywhere else! I use their services every 3-4 weeks, thats how long their wash and waxing lasts. I was taking my car every week to my previous place 🙄 says it all. Thanks again, I will carry on recommending you to everyone 😊
