King's Hand Car Wash

Really poor on last visit. Mats not cleaned properly, hoovering not thorough enough , dust on dashboard and in cupholders, very visible marks left in boot that came off with quick wipe at home. I asked for the mini valet as car was a bit dirtier than normal -and they didn’t do anything differently I could see apart from slap some kind of liquid on top of tyres, even that was only half heartedly done and looked odd - in fact had a better clean on normal one last visit and paid more to have a better clean which was so annoying. Let down at end of the clean where they hoover and do inside completely, really poor. Usually have several people doing this but they was only one guy and then another guy for few seconds, they were paying more attention to car behind me and I was surprised guy said all done on mine as they had hardly spent any time on it. I immediately saw unhoovered mats and pointed that out but noticed after paying and they had made themselves scarse to talk to that they hadn’t bothered to clean interior to any normal clean standards let alone paying extra. I won’t return on quality of clean alone as was a total waste of time and money .

Tesco car wash closed so decided to go here instead. Very happy. Fast, thorough and great for the price. Would go again

Asked for an inside and outside clean. Ended up being charged for a Mini Valet, yet the car was still not cleaned properly. When I pointed it out, the attitude was arrogant and dismissive!! I've been a customer for long time, but this visit showed their true colours. Poor service, poor value, and no respect for loyal customers. Zero stars if that were possible!!

I have been to King's car a number of times now. Today was the worst. They do not have the attention to detail they used to have. My car was still dirty and not dried off properly. When I got home opened the boot this was still wet and dirty not even cleaned. The mats were put back in to the car with out being dried off. Come on guys a bit more effort and attention will go along way.

The only car wash I will use in Crawley. They are very quick with minimal wait times, always do a thorough clean inside and out.

I can say that this car wash it’s everything what you need for your car.The guys and the girls are doing excellent job,amazing service.Every time after i visit them,my car looks so clean and tidy,like new.Well done!

Expensive. Tried to add an extra £12 over the top of the valet price. Fortunately I asked before letting them start. Word of warning people
