Waves Hand Car Wash Rickmansworth

Have used this service quite a lot previously. Today I drove in to get my car wash and simply asked one of the workers there where to park for a car wash. His response was quite arrogant and frankly rude and just said "This is a carpark so if you use your logic then yes, you should park in the car park". I just meant "where should I park" as there are other cars in front of me and I don't know if they prefer me parking into one of the washing bays or not as I don't want to cut the queue. Considering he clearly wasn't interested in having a customer I decided to go to a different carwash and I think I will do that in the future. Can recommend the car wash on Uxbridge Road, WD3 7DW, where they at least treat you somewhat friendly.

Took my car to this car car wash on the 23rd August. During the wash the car's windscreen got cracked. After almost a month no responsibility accepted, these guys are hiding behind the technicalities. Their headquarters (spoke with Michelle) were very willing to help, just to end up weeks later to respond that it is not their fault and they are not accepting any responsibility. My dashcam shows that the windscreen is perfectly fine at 11:14 when the car reverses to the washing bay and at 11:23 there is a clearly visible crack in front of the lense. The guy (Franchise partner) when challenged he started saying that there was a chip on the windscreen and water just exaggerated the damage. Minutes later he kept saying that it was an accident, but again, no responsibility accepted. The funny thing is that there are CCTV cameras pointing directly to the washing bay. When I told them that if they are so confident that it is not their mistake, they should share the CCTV footage with me and if the person washing my car did nothing wrong then at least I will be able to see what happened to my car. They are just hiding behind the privacy regulations. They dont want me to see what they did. If you did nothing wrong guys you have my consent to make the 8-minute footage public here so everyone can decide if I am wrong. I am sure that you can't. Tesco's is covering for you, your headquarters is covering for you. At least all the people I know will be already avoiding you. Stay away from them. UPDATE: Thank you for your response. Yes I still want to review the CCTV footage. Is this just creating an impression in public, or you are actually willing to release the CCTV footage?????? By the way: #1: I didn't drive the car to the washing bay, you did #2: I was not present the whole time, went to Tesco's for several minutes, returned towards the end of the wash #3: You never offered to review the CCTV footage, although I repeatedly requested that from you and from your headquarters I have some off this in dashcam footage, you have the rest in the Tesco's CCTV footage. If you have nothing to hide, then the footage will show everyone what happened

The car wash was fine but the customer service was poor. The main greeter was passive aggressive and looked like he was having a bad day.

Absolutely the best Waves branch! I’ve tried several Waves Hand Car Wash locations before, but this one in Rickmansworth is by far the best. The staff are professional, fast, and pay real attention to detail. My car came out spotless inside and out — even better than I expected. Highly recommended, especially if you want consistent quality every single time! 🙏😎

This is NOT a hand car wash. They just rinse your car with water. My car is covered in a sticky dirty residue . Do not use these cowboys

Previously came and wash wasn’t great and cost 27 quid. Today I came at 4:30pm and wanted the outside doing and the guy just shook his head at me and said no. Shuts at 5 and I understand they want to get out at 5 but does it really take that long for an outside wash only and also just explain that to me rather than just looking at me and shaking your head. Luckily there is plenty of other options for car washes and I’d recommend everyone go to them instead.
