Horrible service with verbally abusive staff. Went with my mum to get the car cleaned, and when she pointed out that there were certain areas they hadn't cleaned which we would want cleaned, the woman cleaning our car was verbally abusive to my mum, picking up a cloth and telling my mum to clean it herself. The man who appeared to be in charge spoke to us in a very derogatory manner. I rarely write reviews, but the way we were treated was disgusting and I have never been spoken to in such a derogatory and abusive way as these people have spoken to us. I cannot help but feel our treatment was in part due to our race (two black women), but irrespective, nobody should be spoken to in this way and I feel truly disgusted at how we were treated. In addition, the car was not cleaned to a good standard.

Total waste of time and money. Water dried without wiping so left streaks. They did not clean inside - still dusty. Short staffed but happy to take in as many cars as came in an take the money. Will not be using these cowboys again

Shockingly bad!!!

They call this a car wash !!!! They dont know how to wash a car !! The service is absolutely dreadful !! When they had finished doing the car, the windows were all smeared, the alloy wheels were untouched, the bodywork still had many places where they hadn't cleaned off the dirt ! Please do not go here ! They had the cheek to charge me £30 for this !! I had to clean the car when I got home, to put right what they hadn't done ! Awful, Awful, Awful, Awful !!

Awful service. Over charged when i paid at the end and refused to give me me change even though I confirmed i wanted in and out at beginning and my car small car and grabbed my £20 note . Point blank refused and said no and said my car was a big car ( next level is 7 seater on price list) . not sure if owners have changed but i have used this place in the past and paid for £14. Extremely rude . no ethics and awful customer experience and poor job done too . will never return and hope no one else even attempts to go here as will be ripped off and have awful service as per all the other reviews. This area needs to boycott this car wash so they understand the impact of their deceitful and poor customer service for over charging and speaking to customer is derogatory manner. AVOID AVOID AVOID. No stars for review at all i could select.

Poor quality. They use a brush to clean cars. That's not a hand car wash. My car had scratches after washing here

This is my second time going today. I thought I'd give it a second chance; however, there was still dirt on the windscreen. Overpriced and rubbish; I should have done it myself.

Used these guys since I can remember! (15 years or so) Always did alright. Then they charged me £60 last week around 3 x more than normal to do an embarrassing job. Spiderwebs still on windows, green marks showed they made no effort, no wax. Even the interior had marks that can be wiped off. This is theft. The pictures are after the ‘clean’ and myself further cleaning. If you look at the last few months you can see the disgust of the once loyal customers. Time to look for cleaners that care. Sad as I was really loyal to these guys.

Very bad car wash. Refused to clean wheels properly and said I need to pay £5 extra for dirt which i can scrub off with my finger. Arogant supervisor who started to shout on me for no reason and said to me if I don't like - just don't come here. This car wash is just to turn around as many cars they can neglecting all job ethics and pride for the service. Price list is more expensive than displayed. I will never go back there, worst car wash experience ever in my life. I would put 0 stars if I could.

Cheap, however VERY POOR SERVICE. Badly washed my tiny fiesta with dirty areas left out! Won’t use them ever again!

Terrible cleaning job! Very light touch and no effort. Didn’t clean tyres properly and no tyre polish applied. Avoid at all cost!

Great service, value for money and friendly guys. Some of the reviewers seem to be expecting a £150 valet for £14. I don’t think it’s fair to ask someone to run a loss making business…. Personally it provides exactly what I want which is a decent inside and outside clean. If you are precious about your paint job etc either do it yourself or spend more money and don’t moan about guys working flat out for £14. I will keep coming back.

Terrible car wash.... save your money and go somewhere else.

Handy but rush and leave smudges. Nice industrious team. Tight place to get in and out of but they manage it well.

If you don’t mind scratches then it’s OK. Overpriced though. They use a broom (yes you read that right) to apply soap and brush your car with… I let you you decide what your car paint needs Pics taken after a £20 in/out wash… I let you decide if you want to spend your money there. Avoid

Not for me. My car got scratched with a brush, and my alloy wheels were not even touched by any type of soap, and the full inside cleaning took them under 3 minutes to be finished.

Not the greatest of cleans. Trying to push you through a conveyor belt style wash in a cramped location. The bottom trims were not cleaned and left me having to re-clean the car myself. Saw an older car behind me being cleaned with a soft broom brush like you get at a diy jet wash so not impressed.
