Paid for a basic was in and out and so much was missed I had to go home and finish it myself when I told them they shouted and said pay more next time, dash should have been done and hoovering should have been done but a poor job most of them eating whilst cleaning cars first and last time!! Your response says it all you should at least give the service you have offered I don't need to use incompetent car washers such as yourselves anyway my toddler does a better job

As I drew up one of the persons washing the cars was arguing, shouting loudly at another of his work colleague, pointing finger at him. Instantly this put me off. He then started to wash the car with the jet wash quite aggressively as was still quite angry following the exchange of words with his colleagues. When I went to pay was charged £22 I have a regular car, not a large one and was not particular dirty (which agree additional charges should be made if this is the case) The car wash wasn’t done with care and did have streaks of water where not dried off properly, back window still had marks on it so cleaned this myself when got home. Dashboard near radio was also still dusty. The only person that smiled was the lady but can honestly say customer service and charges that did not correspond with the board displayed (should have been charged £18 for a regular car inside and out) which is what had paid previously. When asked the lady just said everything gone up, sadly charges advertised were not amended. Will not be using this car wash in future. A shame really as had taken my car there previously but think it’s time moved on. Who wants to pay over the odds for bad customer service and be over charged.

Another great car wash thanks. Just bought my daughters 1st car & it was filthy, bell bar had it looking like a new car in no time for £25, they spent ages getting the months of baked on brake dust off the front wheels. Card payment saved me being ripped off £1.99 at petrol stations cash machine! 1 happy daughter! Thanks all.

Genuinely the best hand car wash in Potters Bar and surrounding areas. Not sure how it’s only got 4/5. I guess good for the people the know about it, you’re welcome. Real attention to detail and very methodical. Really nice bunch - been going here for over 2 years. Not particularly expensive either. Always do the non contact and decon wash before the contact and rarely miss a panel, properly clean the wheels with a fallout product, always rotate microfibres when drying and polishing/ applying wax with two people going around the car to clean up drips. Most of all they take there time. They’re not rushing around and wiping at 400 mph despite a queue of cars, theyre gentle and careful. Can’t be said for most other places I’ve been to.

Never again … poor job and tried ripping me off £35 for second rate quick clean.

Changes prices when and when they please.. won’t be going back charged me £35 for a quick inside outside job.

This was one of the worst car washes I have ever experienced. The staff was extremely rude to customers, using inappropriate language. They didn't properly clean my car but still charged me and asked me to leave the store. I will never visit again and highly do not recommend this place to anyone.

Not only did they overcharge me, but when I questioned the poor quality of their cleaning, they made excuses about being too busy and not having enough time. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner came over and started shouting at me, telling me not to come again if I wasn't happy. I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service. I will definitely never go back to this car wash and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a car wash that values their customers and does a proper job."

First visit today. Was really fast. Really accommodating to the fact I had a baby with me in the car. Really friendly staff. Will deffinately use again. Fantastic value for £25.

I've been taking my Mercedes to this car wash for years and they always do an excellent job. There are other places much closer to me but I always make the journey to Bell Bar. Today they are out there in freezing temperatures washing my car and for that I am very grateful!

I've been here several times now and I can describe the quality of work as outstanding and thorough. My car transports my son to school and frequently carries our dogs as well so it gets really messy. Despite the mess this team does a fantastic job of cleaning the car inside and out, and always with a smile. This is my go-to place for getting my car cleaned.

Excellent experience, great customer service, nice people working there. Van was wash to a very good standard.
