I came across the HCS van on the road, which led me to contact them later that day. Tom was super responsive and within a few hours a package was selected and I was booked in. The HCS team went above and beyond accommodating a last minute booking, getting the car done in less than a week after first contacting them. Tom’s level of service and attention to detail is second to none and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Herts Car Spa and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I'm still admiring the wonderful job Tom did on my BMW X1, cleaning it inside and out, including engine bay and underside - then finishing off with a polish and ceramic coat. I know it's only a few weeks old, but I swear it is looking better now than when I collected it from BMW. And he did it on one of the hottest days of the year too - he must have been sweating! Many thanks once again .... I think I'll ask you Tom to do the occasional maintenance clean. As a bonus, he's also a nice guy to deal with! Cheers... Richard

Herts Car Spa are incredible!! Tom polished out scratches on my rear light lenses, which I didn't think was possible but wow they look brand new again. I had a full valet as well after and again my car looked brand new!! I highly recommend Herts Car Spa to anyone, amazing service from the guys and a lovely café on site while you wait. The paint correction, detail and ceramic coating were the final pieces of the puzzle in completing my OEM+ M2, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result. Tom couldn’t have done a better job or been more helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make the timings work around my schedule, kept me updated throughout, and his attention to detail is second to none. The car looks absolutely incredible – better than I ever expected. It’s clear that Tom takes a huge amount of pride in his work and treats every car as if it were his own.

Amazing service from Tom, very friendly and professional. My car was pristine inside and out and the scuff marks on my bumper have completely gone! Highly recommend!

Our 2002 TT was at the TT shop having some TLC and I asked for her to be valeted. Tom was amazing, he gave expert advice and we had the single stage enhancement with wax coating (due to the age of the paintwork). He kept us informed and pictures and provided a fabulous service. When finished she looked like the day we picked her up from the showroom brand new. He bought her original paintwork back to life, people who have seen her thought we had her resprayed, but it was his skills that restored her. She will go back in 18 months, as we like to her on top of things, and I will ask for her to be wax coated and made like new again.

He explains everything in detail and allows plenty of time for discussion and for you to ask any questions. My Fiesta was long overdue some TLC so I contacted Tom at HCS. After some questions he recommended a package based on what I was looking for (a detail and paint protection for the winter months). Having some knowledge on detailing myself, it was great to speak to someone with the expertise and also recommending products to use to keep it maintained. The results speak for themselves, the car looks better than when it was new - it looked so good I didn't want to drive it! Great service from Herts Car Spa. My Mercedes was scratched by someone in a car park and Tom was able to polish and retouch this so it can't be seen now. He also cleaned and valeted the car and it looks brand new.
