Along with the level of craft and skill he and his team apply to each and every car we got my Discovery booked in for a stage 2 - 121 Detailing Ceramic Coating treatment. Today was the day Tom and his team worked their magic, working on it at their unit. They went over the entire exterior making it look and feel brand new. Amazing cleaning, polishing , detailing skills across paint, plastic, alloys , interior leather, facias, steering wheel and carpet upholstery. Like ive mentioned, its like ive now got a brand new car! Stunning job, cant recommend them enough. Toms a genuine great guy and who offers a great service. Will definitely be using 121 Detailing again to keep my car topped and looking like new.

I have just had my car cleaned due to the end of my lease and I’m extremely impressed with the service from 121 Detailing. Tom cleaned my car thoroughly and it genuinely looks brand new again. I have two young children, so the car had definitely seen better days, but the attention to detail was fantastic both inside and out. 121 Detailing are professional, friendly, effective and efficient, add great service and competitive pricing and you can see why they are in high demand and a great company if your looking to have your detailed. In my case I had extra difficulty which required wet and dry vacuuming along with steam cleaning and odour control in addition to the usual full inside and outside detailing. Tom was punctual and friendly and understood exactly what my requirements where. He also went a step further and even steam cleaned my seats which I never requested but he thought to include which I am very grateful for. On completion and inspection I can see that every part of the detailing service was done to an extremely high quality and can and will recommend 121 Detailing to anyone. I had seen 121 Detailing and Tom doing other cars where I live and was highly recommended by fellow neighbours who use 121 Detailing on a regular basis to keep their cars looking great, I had just not thought to get mine done until now. I took will start using 121 Detailing on a regular basis now. Why? Well it's simple their attention to detail is what makes the difference. When you check over every inch and millimetre of your beloved car and see that everything is sparkling and gleaming again from the front hood to the corners and crevices of the door sills and white seats too under the seats in smallest of groves everything was super clean and smelt great! Everyone who has been in my car has personally commented to straight away on the cleanliness and state of the car along with the great smell which has been long lasting. I'm in personal transport and carry many people daily and I have had no stop positive comments and feedback for this past week since getting it done! I am definitely going to sign-up to become a mentor and get regular maintenance detailing done on my car because it has been invaluable. Tommy came round after I had some cement and angle grinding spurs on my van following being parked near some roofing works being undertaken. Cleaned and polished vehicle and managed to remove all marks and even managed to get some additional scratches out from the paint work. Polite, professional and his attention to detail was of a high standard. Definitely recommend
