The clean was barely OK, still lots of dirt and marks from bird dropping gs and insects left considering the car was hand washed. I also noticed they don't use clean towels per car and buckets are dirty so expect micro scratches and swirl marks too. All in all for £7 for an exterior wash I'd say you get what you pay for but it should be better seeing as this is the only exterior wash package they offer.

Bunch of cowboys. Not worth giving your hard earned money to them at all. Paying £20 for in an out but the car is still dirty from almost everywhere especially the alloys. When you ask them nicely to clean it, they get hostile and accuse you of shouting. They definitely need to learn some manners and customer service. I had to go over the car myself later on to get ride of the dirty spots. Wouldn't ever go there again.

This place is not what it once was. They should remove the words "valeting and detailing" from their name as theu are now on par with the regular low quality hand car washes. They use dirty rags and cause microscratches which is unfortunate since its so easy to use fresh rags and water. The old owner took pride in his business and built its reputation over the years, yet these new guys are just cutting corners for little to no reason.

Went to this place for the first time yesterday and I was so amazed and satisfied with their service. They offer a great price and it’s definitely worth it. My car shines like a diamond.

Best car wash and the quickest folks in town

Don’t bother with these guys smoking in your car whilst they are cleaning. Left all cleaning chemical in my drink holder which I noticed when I got home. And they try to charge you more depending on how much they need your car. I was using this place since they first opened this was my final visit. STAY AWAY

Shocking. After asking for a gold service, as this was my budget, I was told no; my car was “too dirty” and needed more staff and more chemicals (!) to clean it. I do not go off-road, nor have pets. I had removed all old receipts etc from the car prior to going, so not sure how it was deemed so filthy. Anyway, I was told a gold would not cover it and needed to go higher than platinum and pay £80. Please bear in mind, you can get a home valet service for cheaper than this. I walked away. They couldn’t care less. Very strange attitude and customer service just making up prices.

Great job cleaning the inside and they threw in a free outside clean also, and can pay by bank transfer which makes it a lot easier :)

Very Rude staff and not doing thier work properly . Rush to finish work .Had a very bad experience . Not recomending at all.Very rude and arrogent one of the staff( tall guy dint know the name). Not deserving any star for the review but has to given 1 to complete this.

I highly recommend Soapy Joe's. I took my friend's car that had mould in it he had not used it for so long and they had it looking and smelling like it was brand new! Great service, great prices!

NEVER GO THERE! They are not even a car wash. They have no clue how to wash a car and they are aggressive when you ask them to clean your car better.
