never coming back, i would wash my car better than these lot… Glass full of smudges, floor not vacuumed well full of dirt.

Really disappointed - Avoid. Paid for a mini valet: they didn’t clean the inside of the windows or windscreen, the dashboard or the door cards. They cleaned the seats and the carpets but I’ve since had to remove the rear seats to drip dry over the bath, and leave the car in my garage with a dehumidifier running for 3 days as it was soaking wet! Have pulled out 5 litres of water already - I’m convinced they literally hosed the inside down! Seriously - the amount of water in the seats is appalling! Waste of time, money and energy.

Terrible, do NOT waste your money, much better car washes out there. Took my car to be valeted inside, was told it was £10 at the start then happened to grab £15 out of pocket when coming to pay and they quickly said no no it's £15. Others stood up to intimidate AND what's worse is that they didn't vacuum the rear seat at all, didn't wipe down the doors and there are still big obvious dirt marks,I could go on, they didn't do anything! I'm livid, such a scam, AVOID!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Had a funeral march, wanted the car nice and tidy, promised to pay extra on top for them to take extremely good car of the rims. They didn't wash off their wheel cleaner agent enough now it burnt into my Rota rims.

Did a good job cleaning my car. Inside & out for £35. Only problem was when I came to pay they said the actual price was now £45. I additionally brought some car mats for £10. So paid £55 in total. Good service just varying prices let them down.

25 quid for a mini valet, left my car with the guys so I could run into tescos for a coffee and some food. Done a fantastic job inside and out as my car was filthy.

I just went there this afternoon and im not happy with the service. I requested to have a mini valet worth £25. But the staff didnt clean the interior and exterior of my car. After I drove, I noticed that there are some marks from the liquid that they sprayed on my car and they didnt wipe it properly. Also in the interior, they didnt vaccum the seats and wipe the surfaces properly. They didnt even wipe the wheels and I complained this, and eventually they wipe it before I leave. Im really disappointed. I just wasted my £25. I know there are better car wash out there and I will never comeback again in that shop. Just to update, 9/8/2025. The wax for the tyre didnt stayed longer. Its already faded.

Always great service but choose the more expensive packages for the best experience , they are quick and the car is left sparkling.

They did such a poor job definitely wont be going here again. Sheer laziness and such a rush job. Sprayed lots of liquid inside, with no sign of wiping or down and just slipping everywhere on the pedals trying to drive off. Also they tried to not wipe down the outside with all the scummy marks left and tons of dirt left.. Worse car place I've ever been too, and the plonker even tried adding an extra £5 because thought he could. When clearly is says the amount on the board. Not having it at all.

This place is a complete joke. First of all, the extra charge for paying by card was abolished a long time ago, yet here you still have to pay £1 just for using your card. Second, the car wasn’t even properly cleaned—everything was done carelessly, with no attention to detail. Third, the same cloth used to wipe the car’s exterior was then used to clean the screen inside, which is completely unacceptable. The wheels were cleaned maybe 80%, while the door sills inside the car weren’t touched at all—apparently, opening the doors and wiping them down is too much effort. If there’s a spot you can’t immediately see, they simply won’t bother cleaning it. This place gives the impression that they care more about making quick money than providing a proper service. I honestly don’t understand how they’re still in business with such poor standards.

This car was used to be really good, at £15 for the outside and inside. I’ve just read similar reviews about the cost. A mini valet for a small car is now £20 but I was quoted £25 for a medium car? I don’t know how you can justify £8 to wash the outside and £17 to hoover the carpets and wipe the inside of the windows. They might just be pricing themselves out of business if it continues…

Too expensive for the work and it wasn't well done, they left marks and the carpets on the floor of the car totally wet I won't come back there.

Did a great job for the money (option 4, £40); quick and efficient. Friendly guys too! Wonderful finish on my Golf R. Thoroughly vacuumed inside, did a great job polishing the alloys. Will definitely return!
