555 Hand Car Wash

I had an absolutely terrible experience at 555 Car Wash Uxbridge, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. The service was beyond poor, and the owner’s behaviour was shockingly unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with rudeness and complete disrespect. There was no basic customer service, no communication, and no care whatsoever for the customer or the vehicle. Any questions were met with attitude, and concerns were brushed off as if they didn’t matter. The quality of the wash itself was just as bad — rushed, careless, and nowhere near what you pay for. My car was left poorly cleaned, with obvious areas missed, making it clear they simply don’t care about doing the job properly. What made the experience worse was the owner’s behaviour: aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing issues, he made the situation uncomfortable and frustrating. This place shows zero respect for customers, zero professionalism, and zero pride in their work. Save your time, money, and stress and go literally anywhere else. This is hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

He’s a lovely guy and does a great job cleaning the car, inside and out. He clearly works hard and cares for his customers. I only come here to get my car cleaned!

It is an amazing car wash which focuses on customer happiness rather than just finishing one car to jump on another one. I recommend it to any one whom that cleanness and detail are matters for them.

Honestly, I can say that this car wash cleans even the smallest details inside the car, and when you receive it after the wash, you will be amazed; it will look brand new.

Fantastic service! Even with the current heat wave, he put in an incredible amount of effort to get my car spotless, both inside and out. It’s rare to find someone with this level of professionalism and attention to detail, especially in such extreme weather. My car looks brand new. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Good service, good price

Tried 3 times during opening hours. The first 2 times was shut and on my third attempt the queue was massive due to only one person working. Thank you (not) for wasting my time!

As per usual, a great clean. Everytime I visit the car is gleaming at the end of the wash. Highly recommend spending wisely on a good car wash that uses quality chemicals. This is the place. Customer for life.
