The employee in the photo was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the boss and said he did not care if I wanted to complain. That attitude alone says a lot about how this business is run. Based on my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. The staff are very disrespectful especially the employee shown in the photo. He rushed through washing my car and did not seem to care about handling it properly. I noticed scratches afterward and his attitude throughout the experience was rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked him to be more careful while cleaning my car he responded as if he did not care. At one point he tried to open the car door while my hand was in the way which I found unacceptable. I also asked to speak with the manager but he told me that he was the boss. I was extremely frustrated by the way I was treated but I remained calm and left without causing any trouble. I intend to pursue this matter through the appropriate legal channels if necessary. Based on my experience I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. If you value your time your money and your vehicle I suggest going somewhere else.

First time using this car wash, charged £5 extra as it was after 7pm. Went to get cash from the machine and came back, car was finishing off. Drove off and after a while realised all the rubbish in the car had still been left in the side pockets, empty bottles, wrappers general rubbish! I believe they didn't even clean the inside while I was gone as I left the arm rest down at the back and it was still down afterwards with drink staines still there on the leather underneath. Very untrustworthy car wash trying to con the customers! Avoid at all times!

I have been to a few car washes and by far, this has been the best. The car wash and valeting was done so well. Attention to detail was excellent. Staff are very professional and respectful. They take pride in the service they offer. Definitely recommend this place.

The car wash was the best value for money I’ve had for a while, they took care of the car as if it was their own. I appreciate the teams thoughtfulness and respect towards us, the customers, I will be coming back 100%

POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP!!! After a full car wash, once dried all the dirts are visible. They wanted to charge £15 to wash a small car, but not willing to bend their back to reach the bottom half of the car. Never going again!

An excellent service. They washed and polished the outside of a large car for £12. Very friendly guys, they charge a extra £5 if you arrive after 7pm but they were kind enough not to charge me.

Brought my car to them for a mini valet yesterday,I was running a bit late so told them that I will arrive late and called they said no problem.The actual cleaning of the car was very bad the inside of the car was not cleaned properly or professionally they left many trim pieces dirty they did not clean my white seats properly aswell when I told them they missed spots they started to get annoyed when I was saying the right thing.The outside of the car was also very bad they were missing spots on the bumper and were leaving soap stains on the car after not rinsing the car properly they made me pay £40 on top of that for such a bad job.Their attitude was also very rude would not recommend their services to anyone to be honest.

Very very bad service I paid £50 for a super car wash and they didn't clean the car at the back aswell as they emptied my coins with there vacuum cleaner and also they stole my expensive perfume from my glove compartment they literally took 5 minutes to clean the whole car absolutely disgusting behaviour especially when your paying £50 first a service will definitely be complaining about these guys

10/10 service, my cars never been this shiny before and the customer service is on point

Good cheap place but it’s become a bit disorganised, not like how it used to be. One person starts washing and half way starts another car while your one is drying up. Needs to be a bit more professional and organised but good anyway
