AVOID! Don’t bring your carpets here! Brought our large carpet here, telling the staff we had a pet and we need to remove the smell. Charged us £35, refused to give receipt. We came to pick up 6 days later, they said it was done. We arrived home with the carpet only to find out they didn’t wash it, it was exactly as before. We returned it to the car wash, no apologies, just said to come the next day. When we collected, the carpet was chucked in a corner, still wet (previously they told us they will also dry it inside) and smelled incredibly musty and damp. They basically sprayed it with whatever mix they use (probably to wash the cars) in the centre and all the dirt and smell were spread around the edges. They didn’t either rinse it properly nor dry it fully, making it smell like soggy socks left in a bag for days… Now we’re stuck home with a carpet that smells possibly worst than before , we’re £35 short, wasted over an hour going back and forth, and now have a carpet that is wet, still smelly and that I’ll have to wash again!! Absolutely appalling! If you’re good with cars, stick to what you know - don’t waste people’s time!

The dude was like clean inside. I’m like no just the outside, please. He goes, why don’t you do the inside? I told him I prefer do it myself . He goes when you do it. Call me. I’ll come help you do your inside for free. Who is the manager to this place is this what you hiring? Why is he speaking to a muslim woman in a hijab like this? Muslims take note... Avoid this place or demand this one I'm decribing here comes no where next to any muslim at all. I can't even seem to find a phone number to call you, actualy found one calling.

The price written there is not the actual charge. It’s mentioned for 2-door cars and seems to be only the starting rate. In reality, they charge more depending on the vehicle.

Good quality car wash but they are very sneaky. Board shows one price and the “manager” demands another price. 4x4 and 7 seater specifically says £10 but “manager” demands £12 because “the car is massive” it’s a Vw Touareg (a normal sized 4x4). Not right to deceive people like this, turns away potentially regular customers. I’ll be sticking to me usual car washes Sunrise car wash on barking Road and prosmart on Upton lane who’s service and customer service is much better.

We get our car washed here inside and out regularly and I’m truly blown away by the place. It’s such a well oiled machine, there’s about 30 people working non stop and I have no idea how the co-ordinate all the cars and stages of the wash but all super friendly and do a fantastic job. Would highly recommend if only to see it in action, it’s quite the sight to behold

People who came to the car wash after me had their services done before me, and it wasn’t even cleansed properly.I would run for PM just to close down this outlet. Absolutely rubbish.

Went over there, just like always, but today they asked for extra money as they considered they had to do extra cleaning. Booth was a bit more dirty. that's all. It's not worth it to go there anymore As an extra, they did nkt empty the ash tray. so they haven't even done the job properly in the first place

Thieves. Board said £8 small cars and £10 7 seaters, charged me £15 which I noticed after, very sneaky. For car wash only exterior. Also, they left a pigeon shit on the middle of the top of car (the whole reason I went for car wash). It was obvious, so they were too lazy to reach. Thought i'd try them as they're more local than my usual car wash. The wait times are higher than average, it is so claustrophobic with small space to manoeuvre, and the staff are rude and don't speak English. The guy ushering me in with his cigarette, he gave vague instructions and when I didn't understand, got offended and offended me back with a gesture. At the end, they left soap in the wing mirror crevices which any half decent even cheap car wash jets out. Guy ignored and said they tried. Never again. I'll keep going to USA car wash romford road instead, cheaper, much more spacious, and better service.

They are good

Always a great experience. The staff are lovely and they do such a great job! Car’s left clean and shiny every single time, and the prices are great :)

AVOID* PRICES ARE NOT ACCURATE, THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU UNTIL AFTER THE CAR WASH IS DONE AND PAYMENT IS BEING MADE. SCAM AND DODGY BEHAVIOUR! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CARS!

They always tap your windows too hard. Not a good wash and took way too long. Would only recommend it to my enemies.

Best car wash!!

Been going for a few years and usually great, but most recent visit meant damage was caused. I only noticed when I got home so didn't bother going back, but I would've appreciated if they owned up or told me that they damaged it rather than staying silent.

Went for a car wash yesterday. Not happy. Still dirty.

Not Recommended for Indoor Cleaning I’m very disappointed with the service provided. I specifically asked for the interior to be cleaned, but all they did was hover and leave the dashboard completely uncleaned. I had to ask them twice, and instead of resolving the issue, their response was extremely rude. This level of service is unacceptable, and I do not recommend their services.

Always do a great job and reasonably priced. Customer service very good as well.

These guys stole a £15 pump out of my boot. Which ended up costing me 500 pound because i was stuck on a motor way with no way to put air in my tyre after putting in emergency sealant. Wish there was something i could do about it but there isnt. Best thing i can do is post this and hope at least 1 person doesnt get there car washed here.
